A bunion and Taylor bunion surgery turned into 3 surgeries, in which the third surgery was done by a different doctor who fixed everything that was messed up. Overuse of hardware causing more required surgeries. No, I would not recommend to anyone, unless you like not being able to walk and love having surgery...A LOT, oh and pain, he's the right doctor. When he puts wrong hardware in, and says Oops, my bad. You may have the wrong doctor.

Won't see people who go to emergency room with anything complicated. Even though he's the dr on call.

Knowledgeable, caring, skilled, and professional...I would recommend Dr. Shoudel to anyone without hesitation.

You will never find a more caring person and will take care of everything that you are having problems with .He is the best. I have been to a few with no relief until now.Try him you will not be disappointed

I saw Dr.Shoudel years ago for severe heel pain. He diagnosed me with heel spurs and planter facitis. Had custom made shoe orthotics that worked wonders. I recently went back to see him for another problem. He and his staff were prompt and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to family (my brother sees him) and friends. I have personally seen Dr. Shoudel a few times for sports related injuries/problems. He immediately helped me resolve all of my issues! The staff and himself are extremely professional, and kind.

Dr. Shoudel is one of the best podiatrist in Springfield. Very knowledgeable, and caring. Would recommend him to any and all of my friends and family.

My kids and I have all seen Dr. Shoudel numerous time. We have dealt with several issues from plantars fasciitis, Jones Fracture, shoe inserts, sprains and swelling from over use. Went to Dr Shoudel after battling pain in my arch that made walking or standing painful. His staff was very professional and the treatment given by the doctor solved my problem in less than a week. I would not hesitate to go and see him again with any future foot issues.

I was recently hurt at work and did some damage to my ankle and foot. I contacted prairie podiatry and began my evaluation and treatment with Dr. Shoudel. The facility was very nice and clean, the entire staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Shoudel took the time to educate me on my injury and helped guide me through my treatment process. There were a few times were I had to contact Dr Shoudel with questions about my foot and he was always very helpful and once again took the time to explain all my concerns thoroughly. Since I was injured on the job, all the treatment needed to be approved and reviewed through workmans comp. I know that working with a comp agency can be very difficult and frustrating but the staff at prairie podiatry took care of everything and provided all my treatment documention as required. I have seen Dr. Shoudel several times, and each time he was prompt and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns regarding procedures and follow-up treatment. His staff was courteous and helpful. I felt like they were genuinely concerned with my care, and they didn't treat me like just another co-pay. I have personally seen Dr. Shoudel for a couple of different injuries to my feet. I also have a son who has had a visit with Dr.Shoudel. He is prompt and has a fantastic bedside manner! I always recommend Dr. Shoudel to my family and friends who are in need of a podiatrist.

My wife has been seeing Dr Shoudel for years. She is very happy with his service. He has an excellent bedside manner, listening to her issues, and addressing with kindness and care. We have found him to be knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good podiatrist.

I went to Mr. Shoudel with feet pain that worsened toward night, heel pain and bumps in my arches. He told me we could do an MRI but I would still have the bumps, we could do a nerve conduction but I would still have probable tarsel tunnel and to try inserts and shoes. My feet still hurt and I am not sure that Podiatry is even a real medical area. I guess you need a huge swollen toe for anyone to know what is wrong.
