I absolutely love Dr. RAUB AND nurse Shelly they are the best I only have 2 complaints the other nurse was kinda short with me when I brought in several food items ro get tested for its hard enough to have food allergies as it is and the 2nd is the billing department sent my stuff to wrong insurance and it took over 6mnths to be fixed and so I couldn't go had to stop shots and feel really set back but on a positive note everything's been fixed and I was seen today thanks

Dr Raub has been my allergist for years. He makes sure you get the proper test needed, and medication. Although he use to be right down the street from me, he's changed locations and joined the Allergy & Asthma Care group, but his downtown location still isn't far for me, and keeps me off the highway(which causes me great anxiety). His staff is great and although he's not on a mychart system any longer, his staff is working with me to help us both to be able to navigate the system they're using, and they've been VERY patient and kind lol. He's smart and knows his trade very well and very concerned with any issues that interfere with your health. I highly recommend him. Dr Raub has been my allergist for years. No waiting. The nurse who did the testing was so wonderful! Dr Seyerle is an Excellent Doctor. He was recommended by my general doctor so I expected he was good knowledgeable, professional. He listened and explained everything.

Always takes time to make sure I'm doing well and to answer any questions.

Great, he saw me right away. Listened and understood my problem. Gave good advice and medications required. Will definitely recommend him to family & friends.

Dr Seyerle is an awesome doctor. He is patient and kind and has compassion about my allergies and asthma. Chelsea also helped me during my visit today. She is sweet and friendly and has a great sense of humor. This location makes getting allergy shots, a good experience ! I really appreciate all of the staff so much !

Dr. Mathur listened to and answered all my questions and the nurse was really nice.

Dr Seyerle answered all of my questions. He displayed patience and thoroughness during my visit. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Seyerle really explains and listens to your questions. Don't be afraid to ask for clarification bc he will answer any questions you have. He really seems to be one of those high level doctors that understands but puts it in a way that you can easily understand and help yourself. I wish I had come sooner I could have saved a lot of suffering.

My overall experience with Dr. was great. He was very attentive. He listened, answered my questions, and treated me with the upmost respect.

Dr. Seyerle seemed to have a good understanding of my condition, Eosinophilic Esophagitis. He was professional and courteous. Nurse Laurie was professional and very pleasant, going so far as to provide a portable heater in the room I was being tested in.

Dr. Seyerle listens and answers questions. I try to take as few medications as possible, and he considers that in providing me both information and prescriptions. My allergies and asthma are well controlled.

We have been seeing dr. Seyerle from when our son was 2 to now (he's almost 6) my husband is also a patient. He is so careful and thorough and takes the time to listen and explain testing, options and the allergy. His staff is so friendly to my little boy and they always find medication discounts for us.

I was tested for allergies. The gal doing the testing was lovely. The doctor was friendly and helpful. They have Saturday morning hours for shots, which is so helpful for those of us who work long hours. I will be receiving allergy shots at the Anderson office. I feel as though I will be in good hands. ??

Dr. Seyerle is an excellent doctor who spent the time to get to know me and my medical issues. I have allergies and asthma. My asthma is well-managed under Dr. Seyerle's care.

Love

Horrible horrible service would never go back. They failed the test that they gave us which came back with inconclusive results. Instead of retesting they went off the patient file and still charged us for the test. In every other aspect of life if someone screws up something they dont get paid for it, but not here. Charged a new patient of $259 to look at a chart from their previous doctor. I would not recommend anyone go here and we are actively looking for new doctors.
