Very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was wrong with me, even before the MRI results came back. Came up with an excellent plan for treating my condition. Carefully explained and demonstrated the surgery I will need. Reassuring and compassionate!

Dr Sefter treated my son for 6 years, from the scoliosis diagnosis until eventual spinal cord surgery . That was 12 years ago, and my son still speaks about feeling lucky he had Dr. Sefter treating him. Dr. Sefter always spoke directly to my son, and answered every question. His kind but very truthful answers allowed my son to face his medical challenges with courage and confidence. Dr. Sefter is a man of great compassion and strong faith, our family was blessed by his impact on us.

I made a review about him on another site. He is very rude and cocky and did not take the time to talk to me. I’ve had a back issue for a while and within one minute of my appointment he told me to just “live with it” and tried to walk away. I was super pissed off as this issue has really affected my life and he tried to end the appointment within a minute so I said don’t f’ing walk away from me. He said “excuse me” you can leave now. I then called him a pus** a** bit** and he called the cops on me. I’d like to add though that the front desk staff was very polite and kind. When I had to call for appointments on the phone they were always kind.

I am a 21 year that had a recent back injury. Dr. Sefter was caring considerate and took the proper time to explain what is the injury was and how best to take the proper precautions for a speedy recovery. My parents attended and he was thoughtful and caring and answered all their questions and concerns. I am so glad that we chose Dr. Sefter and I am on my way torecovery.
