Dr. John Joseph Schmidt

Since 1988 starting with issues with my daughter until now I've put my faith in his hands and he's never disappointed us.

Dr. Schmidt is an asset to the Pueblo community. Not only is he an excellent physician, he is also an engineer. This is an interesting and useful combination of skills. The office is comfortable and welcoming and the staff is polite and professional.

Dr. Schmidt has been my dermatologist for almost 35 years. He is a down- to-earth doctor with not only the knowledge but the fun disposition for his job. He cares for his patients.

This specialist stated to me that he will supply refills, and the staff didn't respond when I needed a refill for a week. They then told me that I need to be seen in order to receive this medication. No care for what I am experiencing. Super disappointed.

Dr. Schmidt is an excellent Dermatologist. My father tripped on a sidewalk and ripped the skin off and destroyed the cartilage of his left ear. I can't tell you how Dr. Schmidt took the time to cauterize each rip and repaired all of my father's ear. Most doctors would have said , "We can't help you but, not Dr. Schmidt. Dr. Schmidt is an all around great dermatologist who knows his stuff, and an awsome interesting person to boot!.. He listens to his patients concerns carefully, never seems to be in a hurry like most others..... would recommend him to anyone who may have concerns about their skin young or old.

A very rude doctor. I called the office advising them I was in SEVERE pain with the recommended prescription of methotrexate. I was told "most of our patients feel better after a few months. This office doesn't handle this". Didn't even suggest a dosage adjustment. I advised the office I will never return to this office. A very rude doctor.

Dr Schmidt is very knowledgeable and honest. He has the latest medical uptodate information about my different conditions (rosacea and psoriasis) and had the necessary treatment in hand. The staff was extremely pleasant also.
