Dr. Sauvinsky is not very nice. He bad mouths other dentists and former staff to his patients. Double check before you have anything done that they have coordinated with your insurance. If they mess up they will not take any responsibility and expect you to eat the cost.

Would definitely not recommend. The receptionist didn’t check my insurance before me being billed, and due to their negligence, I was billed 100% for the procedure that I had done. He also, the entire time I was there kept telling me how much better he was than the previous dentist I had gone to that he covered for at times.

I would really like to give zero stars. My daughter and I just recently started going to Dr. Sauvinsky's practice. I am not happy and we will be looking for another dentist. I gave the office my insurance information, and I was never informed that they were not accepted by the insurance. My daughter had a cleaning first, and no mentioned of no coverage. Then she required a crown. I paid the 50% ($612), then received a bill saying it wasn't covered under my insurance. ($700). I would not have had the crown done had I known this. Her previous dentist could have done it at the coverage price. She then had a filling done, can't wait for that bill. I wrote a letter and they said they had never heard back from my insurance before the crown and that it is my responsibility. I have never had a dentist not confirm my benefits prior to service. I have always know what I was going to have to pay ahead of time. This is very disappointing. I am going to have to pay this out of pocket, even though we had insurance.

Will never go back to this office. Did not confirm my coverage and I had to pay out of pocket for my daughter's crown.

Excellent Dr who does wonderful work!! He is friendly, outgoing and will put a smile on your face.

Dr. Sauvinsky's office is a friendly, compassionate and relaxed dental office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is seeking excellent dental care!

I been a patient at Dr.Sauvinsky office for 2 years now. He help me with any work that I needed done in the past and currently . I highly recommend anyone to come here that is terrified of the dentist he will make you feel very comfortable during your visit. Office is very clean and stuff are friendly

So disappointed with my last visit taking a patient. Dr. Sauvinsky was hostile in how he spoke not only to my patient but to his staff members. My patient asked for a minor accommodation and Dr. Sauvinsky quickly said he couldn't treat her. I was shocked because it was a simple request with moving the dental chair forward. His demeanor changed and it felt slightly scary in that I'd rather just go to a different place than try to stick up for my patient. We will not be back. We overheard him tell the receptionist after the visit, "why would you schedule someone like her?" and the receptionists said, "I guess I'm just stupid" and he confirmed, "yeah, I guess you are." The receptionist is amazing and always very personable. I feel bad for his staff members. So disappointed with my last visit taking a patient. I highly recommend this dentist. I’ve always hated coming but he’s made my experience more enjoyable and more comfortable. He does the work and I’m not left in pain he tells me exactly what I need and what I can do to fix the issues. I like having a dentist I can rely on and actually puts the effort into his patients and the work he does. I highly recommend this dentist. i have been coming to this office for sometime now and i have always enjoyed the atmosphere here. Dr Sauvinsky is always honest about the work i need he never seems to beat around the bush like my last dentist did. he told me exactly what was wrong and gave me the appropriate ways to fix my issues. he was also great with my toddler as well.he made my son laugh and it helped my son not be so afraid of the dentist. i highly recommend him to anyone who has issues with seeing a dentist because his honesty and professionalism definitely makes it easier to feel comfortable being in the chair. i have been coming to this office for sometime now and i have always enjoyed the atmosphere here. Best dentist I have ever been too. From his bedside manner to his painless novocaine shots, he is highly skilled and always listens to my concerns. I will never have another dentist!

Dr sauvinky is very kind. He’s straight forward and explains things very well. He doesn’t do unnecessary work. He’s the only dentist I’ll talk my family to.

Very bad experience with tooth extraction. I went back with my issues and the doctor would not bother to pay attention to the problem. I had to change my doctor. Later while discussing with one of my family, I found they had faced the same issue and never went back after the first visit.

Excellent dentist, wonderful person. I'm thankful and grateful to have Dr. Sauvinsky as my dentist. He goes the extra mile and genuinely cares about his patients.

I went to a dentist with a hyphenated name on Grahm Rd and she told me I needed about fourteen fillings. I went to Dr. Sauvinsky and he told me I only needed three fillings. Thank goodness I didn't let that woman do all that unneeded work.
