I am writing this review to express how happy my husband and I have been under Dr. Rinehart's care. We are both so grateful to him & his staff, especially the RNs Shelly & Lisa in the Oak Lawn office. The second we met Dr. Rinehart we knew we were in the right place. He's so knowledgeable and calm. The staff genuinely care about you. Even though we haven't achieved the outcome of a healthy pregnancy and baby yet, I wanted to write a review based on my care & not necessarily on the result.

Dr. Rinehart is a fantastic. He has a tremendously wonderful bedside manner. He was always very positive and hopeful. We have and would definitely recommend him to anyone that would need his consultation. We had a great experience with even greater results!

Rinehart is intensely knowledgeable, yet he is also a gentle soul that listens to his patients. Although he is efficient, he ensures that patients are comfortable. You are not just a “number.” Consults with Rinehart are thorough. The nurses know every patient, working seamlessly as a team. Patients talk directly to a nurse. There is no voicemail system nor waiting for answers. I encourage anyone struggling w/infertility to go to Rinehart. (EVEN IF YOU LOVE your current RE, get a 2nd opinion!)

He got me results when other clinics failed. After 3 failed cycles elsewhere we succeeded on the first try. The staff was friendly and helpful particularly with billings and if there were any questions on anything everyone was supportive and outstanding.
