Couldn’t be any worse, imagine having gynecomastia, spending 8k to finally end your nightmare to only still have gynecomastia? Well that’s what happened to me. Even worse, the Dr wants to charge me another 2k dollars for “lipo and scar revision” which after getting second opinions would not fix my issue at all. He could care less about fixing my issue and only cared to make a point it wasn’t his fault and to give him 2k more dollars. I am disheartened to leave this review as Dr. Reilly seemed like a wonderful doctor. I scheduled a full body procedure for 11/26 the week of I asked to do a partial procedure in my time frame due to nerves which were clearly stated all along. I was denied by Kristie who insisted on me canceling & we would "figure" out a solution. She claimed I could use the money kept for a future procedure. I followed up numerous times to get my partial procedure, with no response. Unlike her past behavior when she was booking me and requesting the money upfront. I am writing strictly because she's a liar, and manipulated what happened. Attached are my texts asking for a partial procedure in the time they say I needed to pay for - and her statement to my cc company stating I never asked that. Do not go to this practice, Kristie is a monster like many other reviews stated that I didn't listen to before getting involved with this facility.

I had the pleasure of visiting with Dr. Reilly for a consultation. I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction for breast cancer a number of years ago and find myself in need of a new plastic surgeon for insurance reasons. I was very apprehensive as I am not one to change MDs easily but this experience could not have gone more smoothly. From forming nice relationships over the phone when booking my appointment to meeting Kristy, Jennifer and the rest of his staff in person, I am super impressed. My consultation went very smoothly as well. Dr. Reilly took the time to answer all of my questions & give me more answers & information than I even thought that I needed but without inundating or overwhelming me. I finally booked a consultation and knew from the minute I walked in that I was making the right choice. Kristie was extremely warm and welcoming and was basically there for me every step of the way. This was a great experience! I felt really taken care of by Dr. Reilly and staff members Jenny and Kirstie. They are all so sweet! I loved my results. I had my double chin removed and the difference is night and day! Would definitely recommend.

He performed a fat transfer from my abdomen to my buttocks and neglected to form it and left it looking like a shelf. It was awful! Nothing fit right.

Horrible experience! My issue wasn't addressed and I was pushed out verbally by the doctor. I was essentially told my issue wasn't fixable. Save your time and Money

Aweful rushed and never fully addressed any questions. I have since left- the doctor - he never followed my case. He said one thing did another- both prosthetics spacers he never filled prior to radiation- (see John Hopkins evidence base article to be done before radiation) he was suppose to Donut but never could get an - aweful with appt and time waiting plus no one ever could answer questions bc he had no medical staff- he used excuseSand excuse - we can do after radiation - long story short the spacer was put in and never protected properly so after radiation and then time to fill which should have been done prior to radiation!!!! ended up in hospital infected prosthetic!!!left breast bc of radiation!!!! He is such a liar-now right breast spacer had to see doctor again has flipped upside down- the new doctor said what a nightmare - I agree - I now have to go to Yale it Cornell bc of the original bad decisions all made by a doctor too busy to know my case and Orr booked in a rush too busy taking patients in and not paying attention to the ones he has currently!!! - this doctor didn’t know my case and lied and tried to cover his tracks by sending a certified letter Stating false information- I’d have breast cancer - do not go to him I repeat do not - plus he is affiliated with griffin hospital Aweful rushed and never fully addressed any questions. Dr. Reilly made me feel so comfortable during the whole process, and ensured to explain everything to me in a concise way. He also made sure to let the person who brought me know I was ok after my surgery, as nobody could come into the hospital with me. That meant so much to me! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My first visit I was extremely late and they still took me and did not rush me. The dr listened to me gave his opinion but didn't force me to do what he suggested. I had same primary dr for 17 yrs and I dont have his cell phone number. Dr Reilly and his front staff are great. From the beginning I had Kristin number and the dr gave me his number also. I was treated the same prior to me agreeing to have surgery. Dr called me night before surgery and night after. After my experience with Dr. Reilly and his team I can’t imagine having any other doctor provide this specialty of care. From my initial consultation, through all of my aftercare, Dr. Reilly and his team have been stellar. It is ABUNDANTLY obvious that this team cares about their patients. Dr. Reilly is simply exceptional from his knowledge to his bedside manner. Kristie, (Administrative Director) is on top of every detail of your experience and procedure and smiling the whole time. Jacely (Surgical/Medical Assistant) had my hand and kept me calm and laughing every step of my procedure. Had some serious Gynecomastia surgery done about 8 months ago and it was the best decision I've ever made. Dr. Reilly isn't just a surgeon hes an artist, you can really see the experience in his work. The rest of his team always asks me how I'm doing and reminds me to call if i need anything. You can tell they aren't just there for a paycheck they really enjoy their work and care about their patients. If I knew how easy this was I would have done it when I was 15 instead of 30. I had two procedures done with Dr. Reilly. First in 2019. From the beginning I was pleased. Before surgery Dr. Reilly reached out to assure me that everything was going be ok. After surgery he took the time to call me and follow up and make sure everything was going well in my recovery. In 2001 I had to come back for another procedure. I recently had a procedure performed by Dr. Reilly. As you might imagine I was nervous the doctors mannerism and calm explanation of the procedure put me at ease. The staff are courteous and very knowledgeable, my operation was one that older men avoid, breast surgery. Being a man of color I had the additional fear of scarring. Dr. Reilly's skills went above and beyond, my chest is great and scarring is a non factor. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Reilly and his excellent staff

I was referred to Dr. Reilly by my dermatologist. The first warning sign was when I was made to wait for the Dr. a total of a 1 1/2 hrs. for my consultation. I complained to a staff member and was going to leave when the Dr. showed up and apologized, so we moved on to discussing the procedure. Everything sounded good and we went on to schedule my surgery. Some days later I received a call from Kristie, the "administrative director" at Reilly's office who informed me that I had a deductible, and they were expecting me to pay $1,200 up front. I was put off by that, since the Dr. was in-network, and the procedure was covered by my insurance. Like most people, l wait to make sure that my insurance pays the Dr. before I cover the remaining charges. Of course I was aware that I had a deductible, but I have NEVER been approached to pay BEFORE any sort of procedure. Even so, I agreed to pay $600 beforehand from my health debit account, and told her that I would decide later how I'd pay the remaining $600. The day before the surgery Kristie called again, asking for payment. I told her I decided the $600 was enough of a pre-pay, and I would pay what I owed after the surgery was over and after my insurance covered their portion. She pressed on to get payment, explaining that "she had to make sure the Dr. got paid". At this point I was extremely frustrated and told her I would not be paying anything else beforehand...I would cancel my procedure if it came to that. I was totally turned off by her attitude. Kristie said she would have to "check with the Dr. to make sure it was ok". Now it is the afternoon before the surgery, and I have to call the hospital to find out the time I need to be there. At this point, I am STILL waiting to hear back from Reilly's office. I finally called and was told that Kristie had left for the day, and the Dr. was not in! I told the person on the phone to cancel my procedure as I had lost all confidence in the Dr. and his office. Kristie called me the next day saying she was actually at a meeting the day before and had not talked to the Dr. yet. So when was she going to get back to me on this?? Wait till I showed up at the hospital so they could bully me into payment before I was wheeled in for surgery?? She again reiterated billing problems with patients. This is not my problem. After this huge waste of time, I feel this Dr. is more concerned with how he gets paid than providing a satisfactory experience for his patients!! I was credited back my $600 and I am done with this office. Inconsiderate, unprofessional and money hungry are the words that best describe my experience. This doctor was by far the worst. I mean, I went to a doctor after him, and ended up with my issue taken care of .. he didn’t seem to care one bit about my issue. Scumbag of a doctor he is!

Dr. Reilly is truly amazing! He did an abdominoplasty on me as well as lipo to my inner thighs, and a butt graft to add fat to my sagging tush. I was pleased with the abdominoplasty the most. I wish we had done a different procedure to the inner thighs since they didn't get any better (they are saggy) but there's no way either of us could have known or predicted that. As for my tush, it sags tremendously so I am really bummed about that, pardon the pun! I have had such wonderful compliments in regard to my abdominoplasty, so that's terrific. Just wish the other areas were more of what I had hoped for. Either way, I wouldn't go to any other surgeon - not ever! Dr Reilly is top notch! He takes time and is very knowledgeable and caring. My surgery was on a Friday and he called me from his cell phone Saturday and gave me permission to call him day or night if something came up. What dr. does that i ask? None that I have ever had.... Dr.Reilly has done several different procedures on me and I find him to be very knowledgeable and skilled in treating a variety of issues. He is to the point when discussing specific expectations and outcomes and he has exceeded my expectations every time. He wont make promises he cant keep. I will continue to see Dr.Reilly to combat the signs of aging, he's excellent!

Went for Breast augmentation. Appreciated the time spent with Dr. Reilly discussing options, costs, and really understanding me to make sure I got just what I wanted. The staff in the office are great and scheduling was a breeze. Surgery at Griffin ambulatory surgery was excellent - all the staff were so nice and helpful and explained everything. Would absolutely recommend. Not the cheapest choice, but a great doctor and I am absolutely pleased with the results - I think I look GREAT!
