Mr. John D. Rachel

I wish I would have looked up malpractice cases on this guy before getting minor surgery from him that led to life long nerve injury. Worst decision of my life. Save your self and please, please do your homework on this guy!

I didn't find him great, he seemed to be in only for the big money! He was extremely professional(NOT IN A GOOD WAY) very cold person, unlike what am reading here on here, that he's kind, great, etc! I will never go there again! I believe his interested in the big surgery where he can make a lot of money wether you need it or not!! Ok update here on 10/24/21, so the respond from the owner to my review was, these are cosmetic surgeries and are not covered by insurance!!!!! so I guess, the assume from your name, look, that you don't afford these types of surgeries! great, they tried to make right, they made it worse!!!! truly a shame!! I have been a patient of Dr. Rachel for ten plus years. I have never trusted a Doctor's opinion as much as I trust Dr. Rachels. He is methodical, very easy to talk to, and recommends the best procedure to deliver superior results. Due to "gravity" starting to weigh in on my appearance, I decided to move forward with an upper/lower lid Blepharoplasty and a mini lift. The results were great, and I felt at ease with Dr. Rachel's "AWESOME" staff. They made me feel at ease! On December 26th 2019 I had a lower blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Rachel. He did a remarkable job I was so glad and pleased that I choose this doctor. I was highly satisfied by his staff because they guided me within the pre-op and post-op care. I strictly advise this doctor to whoever desires to look younger and better. I also suffered with a lipoma on my forehead for over 13 years. I searched for the proper surgeon who could do this without leaving any scar he did this surgery going through the scalp phenomenally and cautiously. Dr. John Rachel is top notch! BEST Doctor/ plastic surgeon ever!! Not only is he truly talented at what he does he also is very compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. John Rachel and his staff. If you are thinking of getting any cosmetic procedure, this is the Doctor to see!

dr rachel has performed 3 surgeries on me as well as many friends i have recommended. he is kind, informative, but most importantly does a damn good job @ making you look & feel your best. his nurses and office manager are also top notch. i drive 4 hours to see him for my procedures & would drive 10 if i needed to.

He does surgery in his office without an MD anesthesiologist to save $ and cut corners. It’s a chop shop. Beware!!!!!

So far, so good. I had a lower face and neck lift and one week post, I’m thrilled. Hoping each day continues to improve. I recommend based on my personal experience.

Botched sinus surgery - did irreversible damage to me. If you value your health, seek help from another provider.

Love his work

Dr Rachel is a true artist! Not only is he highly skilled at what he does, he is kind and caring with an awesome bedside manner! His office staff is second to none as well. Rachel was recommended by a colleague. I tried him for a filler around my mouth; I left his office with a .5 inch hematoma which was not coverable by any concealer and lasted for 3 months. I also tried removal of 6 small spider veins on my face. He held the laser on the vein counting down 5 seconds. None of these were removed; 2 were made much darker and with crevices etched into the skin; 2 others turned into 1/4" holes in my face. He is not a skilled cosmetic dermatologist.

I highly recommend Dr. Rachel for any type of ENT issues. I experienced a sinus headache and dizziness for about 10 days prior to seeing Dr. Rachel. I thought it would be a quick visit for some antibiotics but after he examined me I had a procedure that cleared me up immediately, my sinus headache and dizziness were gone and I was able to return to work that day. His assistants Deb and Alicia were very professional and caring. Rose at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

My daughter just had surgery done with Dr. Rachel. During our initial consultaton he spent at least 30 mins with us and answered every questions. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was and how supportive his staff was. Dr. Rachel was precise, very caring (he called personally the night after the surgery to check on her and gave us his personal cell phone number). He truly cares about his patients and has a friendly and comforting bedside manner. We were in great hands.
