Haven’t been here but the process to getting an appointment is horrible! My mother who is currently going through memory loss was referred to this office and on the referral it stated for them to call me and not the patient due to her significant loss of memory and they called her instead completely ignoring the referral stating to call me and not patient. I called today and was told they don’t have anything until September 27th. Unfortunately my mother’s memory is completely deteriorating and they called someone who can’t remember who she is sometimes to schedule an appointment that was to be made for her MEMORY LOSS. I don’t understand that. The office manager, Bridgett, as told by Casey at the front desk, said there was nothing they could do and to find another provider who can see her sooner. I was then placed on hold without even being told to hold on. Not even offered a, you can call and check for sooner appointments if there are cancellations or a if I see anything sooner we’ll give you a call due to our mistake. I understand how it feels to work in the medical field and how busy it can be because I work in the medical field and is busy for my full 12 hr shift none stop. I’m very disappointed.
