So so happy with my service here! Dr Phelps did some beautiful cosmetic work for me after having no other options to correct an impacted tooth. From start to finish he, as well as, the entire office staff were so kind and created a caring atmosphere. They made retainers for me after having a horrible experience with my orthodontist so I could have good quality and proper fitting retainers. They were extremely flexible and got me in even last minute when I had questions or needed my work checked/corrected while we went through my whole Ortho/cosmetic process. I also had to bring my young children with me once or twice, which of course made me anxious but they all were so kind and understanding that I had to have my children with me. I'm not one to write reviews especially for drs/dds offices but their office absolutely deserved one! Above and beyond service ???????? So so happy with my service here! I had 2 cavities in very difficult root locations. Dr Phelps did an excellent job of numbing the affected areas. No discomfort upon injection & no pain during filling procedures. I have had fillings & crown repairs by Dr Phelps with outstanding results - his work is always 5 star!!!

Had 11 dental implants done in Scottsdale, AZ and moved to Indiana 3 months later. I needed a Prosthodontist to follow up on some issues following the procedure, I called several places here and they were not very welcoming to work on a procedure done by another Dentist and absolutely refused to help me. I was on my last call of the day and when they answer the phone, I knew from talking to Anne Marie that I found the right place.

To say I've had a difficult journey to achieving "the perfect smile" would be an understatement. I have had numerous surgeries, wore braces for a total of 11 years, heard countless times "this isn't an option for you," and every dental appointment I went to ended with me in tears and feeling defeated. Dr. Phelps and his staff changed all this for me. He was determined to always find a way for my difficult case and HE DID!!! I always felt like he genuinely cared and listened to what I wanted. Dr. Phelps is the first dental professional I have been to that hasn't made me cry! Dr. Phelps is a true professional. He is caring, gentle and listens very carefully to patient needs. His work is fantastic, well beyond the average dentist. I liked Dr. Phelps because he offered more than one possible way to solve my dental problem. I went to him with a very complicated request, one that two dentists before him wouldn't even consider, claiming what I wanted was not possible. But Dr. Phelps not only said it was possible, he made it happen. I love this dentist! His office staff are top notch also. Even though we had to travel two hours to get to his office it was well worth the time. Nothing was too hard for this dentist. If you want the very best dental care, you should choose Dr. Phelps. My dental experience with Dr. Phelps was truly outstanding!!! He is the friendliest and most-skilled dentist I have ever seen. You will love him!!!!

Everyone at Dr. Phelps office was professional and friendly. I always enjoyed myself there and they were very patient with me and my fear of needles. The only downside is that it's been a few years since I last visited this office and I am finding that all of the resin they placed on my teeth is falling off, loose, or creating cavities underneath. I had one filling fall out shortly after getting one here. I went back in the next week and they replaced it for free. Now, I am having to spend lots of money to repair what was done at this office. Almost everything that they did is loose needs to be replaced. I don't think that everything that was done here should need replacing just 4 years later. Dr. Phelps and Kirk are true artists. Ann Marie and Markita keep everything running smoothly. All were a joy to work with. I was referred to Dr. Phelps by my family dentist after he and my periodontist ran out of options to fix failing crowns (4 upper front teeth). The consultation was clear, follow-up was prompt, and expectations were set. For the next 6 months I spent quite a bit of time with Dr. Phelps and Markita getting implants. They communicated well, kept me at ease, and truly cared about the quality of their work and my long-term satisfaction. Appointment reminders came via email and text. If needed, assistance was just a quick email or phone call away. For the first time in years I want to show off my beautiful smile – a positive life-changing experience! My family has been going to Dr. Phelps for years after being referred by our GP doc. He is extremely conscientious, and meticulous and is very willing to spend time with us when it comes to patient education and understanding what current needs are and what potential dental work might be needed in the future. Most importantly, we trust Dr. Phelps with our elderly parents (93 and 89!) as their needs can change quickly. The staff always accommodates our appointment needs, especially in times of emergencies! Dr. Phelps is THE BEST dentist/Prosthodontist there is and his staff is also amazing! All of his staff is so professional and friendly. The quality of work I have had done at his office has been EXCEPTIONAL! I had a veneer crack on a front tooth that had been placed at a different office years before and Dr. Phelps was able to match it up perfectly! I also had a permanent crown (also placed at a different office) that kept coming off every six to eight months. Dr. Phelps put it back on several years ago and it has not fallen off since!! If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and caring dental office to go to, look no more! Dr. Phelps and his staff will take great care of you and make you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door! If I could give him and his staff higher than a five star rating, I would! This is the kind of Dentist that you wait your whole life in hopes of finding. I wish that I could give him and his wonderful staff more than 5 stars. Not only is his work excellent, but he is soft spoken, kind and compassionate. He didn't make me feel bad about the way I had let my teeth go, and he made me fall in love with my teeth all over again. Those who have bad teeth know what I'm talking about. And he is the only dentist and staff that make my blood pressure go down when I visit.

My overall experience at Dr. Phelps office was an excellent one. Dr. Phelps took his time and made sure I understood the options and the treatment plan for my situation. He listened and worked with me which I truly appreciated to ensure that I was happy with the result. He and his entire staffs have provided an excellent professional care.
