Very professional and quick

Seen every Dr in this place lol for all different problems all of them are great and compassionate , and all the staff friendly and helpful. If you have any orthopedic needs this is the place to go to ????

Called for an appointment .Got in same day. Staff was very professional. Dr Paglia was great. Answered all my questions and eased my mind thanks.

Dr. Paglia and his team have been very nice, helpful and professional at all times. They all take the time to listen to my concerns and pain. Dr Paglia is a wonderful surgeon.

Dr Paglia was recommended to me by a nurse He. and his staff were all very professional. And I was seen on time! I worked in a doctors office for over 25 years and know how difficult it can be to keep office hours running on time.

I have been seeing Dr. Paglia for a couple of years now due to a complicated broken ankle. He is very professional and gives an in-depth description of what is happening with your injuries. He is open to your ideas and requests. During the time that I’ve been seeing Dr. Paglia, I have been living between West Chester, PA and the Poconos. Upon my request, Dr. Paglia conferred with my trusted West Chester orthopedist who had done surgery on my other ankle years ago. It was a great feeling to have two trusted Drs working on the best solution for my complex fracture. I highly recommend Dr. Paglia and the staff at Mountain Valley Orthopedics. The first time I met dr. John being the caretaker that he is got right on to what was wrong with my knee a little bit of therapy but still didn't help dr. John operated on me this past Thursday. I had an excellent experience, everyone that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt I was in good hands from start to finish. Dr. Paglia is an excellent physician. I recommend him and this office.

Did not explain post treatment recovery. I was left up a creek with no help at home and completely incapacitated. Very major pain absolutely unbearable for which I was not prepared for at that time period and no pain medicine was given. Literally hysterical out of my mind because of this.

NEVER had a long wait in the office through appointments and MRI. Doctor and staff always have time to discuss problems and seem to be masters of insurance and disability paperwork. I wil be going here for all my orthopedic needs

This was my first time going to Mountain Valley Orthopedics. I must say this is the most welcoming doctor's office I've ever been to. The staff was professional and showed compassion and empathy. Came in for a appointment for my left thumb notice a had lump on it. When Dr. Paglia came into the room he introduce himself he was very friendly and talks to you in a matter in which you understand. He examine my thumb and gave me options on what to do. I choose to do the quickest and fast to fix it. Procedure was done and was successful and my lump is gone. I would recommend him to anyone. If you are looking for a good doctor then steer away from this quack....He is a Workman's Comp doctor. He will push you into surgery & after you are done, he doesn't care if you have pain or not....You tell him you have pain & his answer is...Gee, I don't know why you still have pain???? A week after surgery & you should not have any pain & you should be ready to go right back to work a week later...He does not listen to anything you have to say to him...He doesn't really care...All he wants to do is operate on you & get his money....Please do not waste your time with this doctor....I gave one star because you have to give at least one or I would have given a zero.....He does not care about his patients.....You tell him you have pain & he tells you that you do not have pain....He tells you there is nothing wrong....He tells you the MRI says one thing & then he finds something else completely different....I guess I will be on my way for a second opinion & I will repost after that...Stay clear of this guy...You would be better off going to a veterinarian than this quack.....
