The front desk girl has bad attitude. Refused service when my son had high fever. Said card want good, same card as other visits. Had to leave wouldn't see us. To my surprise it's down as a no show. Got lecture and last appt possible.My son has cystic fibrosis and can't get in in less then week half. Emergencies last resort again. Dr okay if you can deal with offices front desk help. I am a 46 year old woman who had Dr. Oglesbee as my doctor in my teenage years. He treated my whole family, including my mother who died of breast cancer. I graduated high school, went to college and then moved on to a career outside of San Augustine. Since then I have had several general practitioners. His knowledge, compassion and bedside manner have been the golden standard, I have used to compare all other doctors. I can't even comprehend the sacrifices he has made to remain a doctor in a small town. Thank you Dr. Oglesbee may God always bless and keep you.... - Linda Wilson's daughter.

I was a patient of his and came to Iowa. I am returning to Texas by the end of 2019 and hope he will treat my medical health again
