Dr. Oeltjen performed immediate reconstruction following double mastectomy for breast cancer. At my initial consultation and throughout the pre and post operative follow up visits, he took his time to give me thorough explanations and to make me feel at ease with my treatment and progress. He was always available to speak with regarding any medical concerns. Dr. Oeltjen's compassionate and warm bedside manner and his expertise and skill as a plastic surgeon allowed me to feel safe and well cared for during a very difficult period. The reconstruction healed beautifully and to be cancer free and maintain positive body image esteem has been a blessing. I am very grateful to have Dr. Oeltjen as my surgeon. Dr. Oeltjen is a very caring doctor. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your Plastic surgery needs.

Dr. Oeltjen performed a bilateral immediate reconstruction following double mastectomy. At the initial consultation, he took the time to provide a thorough explanation of the procedure, benefits, risks and expected outcome. The surgery and recuperation proceeded exactly as he explained. His warm and friendly bedside manner and expert skill as a plastic surgeon made a difficult diagnosis and treatment easier to handle. He was available for any questions after surgery and between follow up visits. I highly recommend Dr. Oeltjen.

Dr. Oeltjen has been my Dr. since the beginning of my cancer journey 10 yrs ago. I can not thank him enough for being such a down to earth Dr. and making my journey easier. His goal is to make you feel and look as normal as possible and I must say that I am often complimented by other Dr's on my breast implants. Unfortunately, I have to go back and have a FLAP procedure due to them rupturing after a car accident. I know he will take care of me and I actually look forward to this surgery.

My name is Daisy Grigg and I was diagnosed in February of 2016 with DCIS Breast Cancer. After being referred by my Breast Cancer Surgeon, Dr. Torres to Dr. Oeltjen I was pleased and immediately felt comfortable with the way he treated me and my husband through-out such a hard process. He is extremely professional, caring and understanding of your feelings. The best surgeon in my opinion. I am still following up with him but I have to say we are extremely happy with the results.

I found Dr. Oeltjen after six months of suffering from a horribly performed preventive bilateral mastectomy (positive BRACA) on July 2015 by another plastic surgeon. In December of 2015 Dr.Oeltjen did a corrective surgery to fix all damage previously done, damage was so severe he had to perform a third surgery two weeks ago..there are not enough words of gratitude that can express my feelings towards Dr. Oeltjen, his assistant Natasha and sweet receptionist Janelys. I am forever grateful, Daisy
