Dr. Nowak is very competent, understanding and thorough. I also love the attitude of his staff and the cheerful and warm office atmosphere.

Dr. Noack was thoughtful and patient in his diagnosis and provided options on treatments to my ongoing foot pain issues. Really felt like it was useful and productive appointment.

The doctor and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful. I would choose him as my regular doctor if I was able to! Update 3/6/2023 I still feel the same! The staff and Dr have been so nice, helpful, and understanding. Hopefully I will never break my foot or ankle again but if I do... They will be my 1st call lol

The orthotic tech here, Richard Penn, is so knowledgeable and excellent at modifications to orthotics as well as showing great patience and care for us sufferers of foot pain. I can't imagine going anywhere else!!

I am very glad Dr Noack was able to show me on his computer on how they were going to do my surgery. I am a visual person and I needed to see exactually how they were going to do the surgery. Dr Noack has a good bedside manor and made sure all my questions were answered.

Dr. Noack did an ankle surgery for me 6 years ago, and I recently saw him for a follow up. He is kind, caring, and thorough. The nurses, staff and orthotics guy are also wonderful. Highly recommend.

Really WELL RUN professional practice with VERY pleasant staff!!! Attended a broken Talus bone for me 12 years ago. Most recently took care of a broken metatarsal. A great choice for care ????????

Hi my name is Rick. Dr John Noack is a great doctor and surgeon in Dallas, Tx. I am a repeat customer, so I know how good he is. We were glad to see each other the second time respecting the work he did before. And I was really looking forward to returning to my very active life again. Seven years ago, I had a glass accident that cut two tendons in my right foot. Dr Noack performed the surgery soon after and followed up monitoring my progress in physical therapy. I was back to running and biking better than before. This past year, I twisted my left ankle badly. I made the appointment with Dr Noack. My tendon was stretched and there was tearing. We did the surgery for the internal brace, which is like a seatbelt to help your ankle tendon. Dr Noack again monitored my progress during physical therapy. Today at 52, my ankle is now stronger than ever. I am back to my active self. I wish Dr John Noack all the best and continued success. If you choose Dr Noack, you will be pleased.

I stopped going to therapy last year and now I’m back. My first session back and I’m already feeling confident.

Dr. Noack does outstanding work. He went in to repair what a previous dr had badly messed up. My Achilles is repaired and working the way it should. I highly recommend him. He gave me the ability to walk again! Priceless!

I had surgery on my left foot with Dr Noack on Oct 29th. Within 3 months I was skiing. Recovery from surgery was fast and painless. Thank you!

Dr. Noack is an outstanding surgeon. He repaired my tri-mal ankle fracture and now I'm as good as new. He welcomes questions and takes the time needed to address all concerns. He tells you exactly what to expect and when, and his predictions were always right on target. I highly recommend Dr. Noack!

I am a former college athlete and have had 4 surgeries on my ankle prior to finding Dr. Noack. He and his team treated my "chronic ankle instability" and I can finally walk around without fear of another ankle sprain. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Noack!

Dr Noack surgically repaired ligament damage in my ankle from a skiing accident. He was conservative in his approach and did not rush to surgery. Everything went as he explained. I had an ankle block so i was pain free for 48 hours and required minimal pain medication thereafter. He allowed me to progress at my pace since i was eager to return to my physical activities. I had physical therapy afterwards. I went where he referred me and i was very happy with his referral. It has been three months from the surgery i no longer have the pain from the injury. Beware: Non-Participating Provider Disclosure and Authorization Form I needed foot bone surgery and couldn't afford Dr. Noack because he only uses a small Out-of-UMR Network staffing agency in Richardson, TX called "CentralAssist LLC" to source his "surgical assistant". I would be expecting a separate "surprise" billing directly from CentralAssist LLC months later, in my case due to a separate out-of-network $1,000 deductible and 20% copay, even though the UMR In-Network billing to me would only be $300. Dr. Noack may be identified as "network" on your insurance company's website, (just like UMR) but you may end up paying much more than you expected if you sign his Disclosure and Authorization Form. I wasted my valuable time, got charged for some X-rays I couldn't use and paid a $40 office visit copay that led to nothing, despite having above platinum quality corporate level insurance. I am not happy.

Dr Noack was arrogant and short. He did not provide and services that were paid for, meaning there was nothing gained from the visit. Further the front desk, I believe Kiesha is her name, denied the patient being able to see the more experienced competent doctor in the office when Dr. Noack failed to be of any help. Even a year later after receiving a referral from another doctor to see Dr. Cook, the other doctor at this office, the front desk and Kiesha denied the referral request simply because of one appointment with dr Noack a year ago. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care from Dr. Noack. I had a severe foot injury that caused me much pain and after about 6 months post-op, my pain is minimal to none. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because sometimes his staff is short on the phone. I’ve called a couple of times and not been sure I called the right number because whomever answered just mumbles even after I’ve asked them to repeat. But the doctor’s care is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I had a number of issues that complicated my situation, and he ensured all matters were appropriately addressed. The most rude, unprofessional staff we've ever dealt with. Also, husband scheduled surgery realized we had to change it because of a conflict, literally from the time he walked to the parking lot and they are charging us $100 to change something that they never had time to schedule! I saw Dr Knoack for a surgery and the first time the Dr. cancel to do more test , I paid a lot for all the test he order and when I call about this I was met with the most rude staff and unprofessional customer service for Two weeks I called and left message and I never return my phono call When I call it’s always the same secretary she hangs up or put me in hold more the one hour and then hang up to me or screaming to me when I ask why ? After 2 months I went to another Dr . After 3 months somebody called me for give me the day for surgery . I explain the persons what happen . I had surgery by Dr. Noack in 2015 for my unstable ankle, and it was the best decision I made! Even though the first couple weeks were tough maneuvering around on my good leg, I was able to start wearing my heels again after three months, and have since completed two 25 mile bike races!!! I am so happy with him, and his staff!!

Dr. Noack performed a total ankle replacement on my left ankle, and I could not have been more pleased with his skill and expertise. At four weeks, I was able to start walking with the help of a walker and boot, and at two months I was able to walk completely unassisted. He was very interested in my progress and made sure my pain level was manageable. Before and after surgery, he explained the process clearly and precisely, answering any questions I had. You cannot go wrong in his care.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. We sat in a room for over an hour before anyone came in. When asked what took so long, the only response given was.."I don't know what happened, I guess maybe we are just busy." We all know that is an unacceptable response.There was definitely no warmth or compassion from the staff or from Dr. Noack. We will not be going back. Dr Noack spent approx 3 minutes with me, gave me an incorrect diagnosis, and sold me an $80 insole from his in house shoe shop. I walked around in pain for a month. I went to another Dr and got a correct diagnosis and was walking around normally within a few days. I contacted Dr Noacks office manager to express my displeasure with his poor service. Dr Noack is a very talented foot & ankle restoration specialist, and absolutely fixed my right ankle magnificently! It's been four years since my last follow-up, on 3 surgical procedures. The first was orthoscopic, and he couldn't completely get to the problem area, so the second procedure was more invasive, including an inner ankle bone replacement with a cadaver bone (yikes!), which meant that he had to cut an outer leg bone to get to the inner ankle stuff. Then he placed two screws to help mend the cut bone. Eight weeks later, he removed the screws. Four years later, I'm pain-free! I highly recommend Dr Noack! If you have plenty of time to waste, you'll be ok. If not, avoid this doctor. He either needs to manage his time better or not schedule so many patients back to back. Awful staff. After waiting almost 2 hours asked if doctor was on his way, reply was that he just went into room 7 so it may be 5 mins or maybe more. Can't tell you exactly. There's no reason why a patient has to wait almost 2 hours specially with an appointment!! He is not the only orthopedic surgeon in town.
