John Nino

I had a terrible experience with John G Nino, MD. I have known issues with my narrow ear canals that require periodic maintenance. When I visited Dr Nino, I explained all of this to him. So long story short - he did not listen well. He did not perform the cleaning as expected. When I politely gave him an opportunity for a second look - he was defensive and said I needed a hearing test which has nothing to do with cleaning ear canals. I would not recommend him to anyone as he endangered my ear health. I had to clean them on my own with tweezers. This is why I have paid professionals for 30 years to do this work. He was very defensive and acts as if he knows all. He needs to listen carefully - nobody knows it all. This was a miserable failure and I will never go back to him. I would caution anyone considering going under his care. As they say - he had ONE JOB to do.

Best Doctor I've ever had, very experienced and treated me in a professional manner. I have been to many ENT specialists and no one could treat me as well as Dr. Nino. Very kind and always makes patients feel very comfortable. I would recommend to everyone!

DR. Nino did my septoplast and addenoidectomy at the same time at Wellstar Doug. He was kind and reassuring. I did not experience any rudeness. He was actually quite playful and not afraid to crack a joke or two. My surgery was 1.5 hours and went off without a hitch other than the usual groggy and sorenoss.

We got our son's tongue tie revised by Dr. Nino and he might be a great ENT, I would not recommend him to get your child's tongue and lip tie revised. The tongue revision was incomplete. Also, the way he was evaluating the ties was not the best way. I know that now after reading and researching a lot since by 1 month old was diagnosed with a tie. Also, he did not suggest any stretches after the revision. His staff was very friendly, and he must be a great doctor for adults. just for tongue and lip tie revisions, I would recommend seeing a specialist.
