Dr. Naylor is an outstanding physician.He listens carefully to patient concerns and thoroughly explains medical advice and importance of addressing patient vulnerabilities. He ensures patients get needed diagnostic, routine, and preventive care. I feel fortunate to be on his patient list and highly recommend him to any person looking for treatment for pulmonary health or sleep disorders. Dr. Naylor was prepared for my in person visit I assume he reviewed the notes his assistant Janet Worley took from a recent visit I had with her. He was patient and listened to my concerns and gave me time to tell him the things that I have tried to correct my problem. He provided me with information and a course of treatment which will be reviewed in a couple of months.

Waited 40 minutes in waiting room and doctor spent 5 minutes with me and didn't have any updates from April. My Caregiver said she thinks he made eye contact once. For Emma Osborne: DR Naylor is one of the best specialty Doctors at Multicare in Spokane, WA. He helped save Emma's life. DR Naylor is a very compassionate doctor and listens to his patients.

Dr Naylor is great and his MA, Ada is super sweet. Always a good experience. This office is the only Rockwood clinic office that I would recommend. I switched all of my other doctors over to Providence doctors.

Dr. NAYLOR was so kind and understanding. He listened to me concerning asthma meds and prescribed what worked best for me. He even helped me decide what to cook with dinner. He is quite a jolly fellow. I felt safe in his care. Thank you Dr. Naylor.

My visit with Dr. Naylor was a good one. After a breath test he increased the Advair medication to help with my asthma. He is very through and always seems to care of your health.

I am totally confident with Dr Naylor. The only drawback to my visit was I did have to wait quite a long time in the exam room for Dr. Naylor.

Excellent process from checkin until completion of visit.

I could not be more satisfied! Diagnosis was clear, treatment method and prescription provided and the office staff bent over backwards to get me tests and follow-ups the very same day.Thank You!

Dr. Naylor was the first and only specialist to finally truly diagnos my type of asthma, eosinophilic asthma. Proper diagnosis means proper treatment and meds. I have gone from 90% in-active to slowly getting my life back.

I continue to be grateful to the ER Dr who referred me to Dr. John Naylor when I was overcome with my breathing issues. He has a bit of a gruff exterior (who wouldn't be dealing with COPD and it's consequences for years), but he is honest, to the point and has the heart of a teddy bear. I received excellent treatment this visit, including the warm welcome I received from his right hand nurse, Ada. I have recommended Dr. Naylor to many and will continue to do so under the new MultiCare leadership. This guy is shady. He writes fake stuff about people in their helth reports if there is any kind of cover up for medical malpractice or claim. He works for the hospital in a bad way. I wouldn't want this guu around my medical cases

This morning I had an appt. with Dr John Naylor, Pulmonary Care.. Dr. Naylor is kind and makes me feel comfortable. When he first came in, he shook my hand and was already familiar with my case. We filled in few blanks & I was good to go. I would recommend Dr Naylor if you need a good pulmonologist!

Dr. Naylor was very clear and precise with his language, used people words vs medical! Took time to explain all tests, procedures and care plan. He takes time when answering questions to verify you understand. He explains in detail what is important and more importantly to me, why it is important.
