Terrible! I went with terrible foot pain the so call doctor took a radiography of my feet, told me he can't do any thing about my painful foot pain and that I will develop in the future bunion and after all this and $180 of my hard earn money, send me home with a prescription to get lotion for my heals...TERRIBLE!!!

My husband had a procedure done and was pleased with the experience. The doctor was very friendly and professional.

I have been seeing Dr. Murrell for many years. He and his office staff are Professional, friendly and informative . I would recommend his services .

Avoid this place at all cost. The office is dirty. The staff is rude and unknowledgeable. The doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Went for a ingrown toenail they wanted to make several appointments and wait weeks before cutting it out. Went to another doctor and had it cut out that day. Don’t waste your time like I did

Filthy would be an upgrade. Old plastic plants with layers of dust under the leaves. I’m not a clean freak felt dirty just being there. Literally had some dry heaves. Left without being examined And no, I’m not nor have I ever been an employee.

I went to Dr. Murrell per my primary care physician's referral and will be taking it into my own hands from now on after my experience. I felt as if he was sending me on a run around to keep me coming back. long story short, it took months to be able to an EXTREMELY painful ingrown toenail removed when it should've been a routine procedure. It is now December 2020, I have another ingrown toenail with another bad infection and I have now taken it into my own hands to go see a FEMALE podiatrist who understands. I would not recommend. The Doctor and his staff were EXCELLENT!!!!! The office was a bit outdated but CLEAN! I did notice one of his live philodendrons needed some water however. Would definitely recommend!!!

Took my 6 year old -- We have been so impressed by the level of service by Dr. Murrell & staff! They were all so warm & made it an easy series of appointments for a small child that wasn't excited to be at the dr. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Murrell for all your foot needs!

NASTY NASTY NASTY OFFICE. WOw, a friend made a video and included several pictures of this practice, and for lack of better words the place was just NASTY. Filthy. Gross. You would think a medical professional would care about the decor and management of his office for the sake of his professional reputation. I don't know what kind of doctors ya'll are accustomed to in Savannah, but here in Atlanta that office would be shut down right away. Dr. Murrell: PLEASE invest in a good paint job, some new office chairs, patient tables, and a good cleaning crew to scrub down every inch of that wart, stank up, athlete's foot infested office. I was mortified at how nasty /dirty this office was. My son who is 8 was grossed out . We left and I got my Money Back. There is no call to have an office that is filthy like that. It reflects very poorly on the doctor and I would NOT want my sons feet treated there. Hair on dirty walls , rusted chairs , and examine chair that looked like it came from the horror movie SAW ... Ripped , appearing water damaged...and office smelled funky cross between mold and urine IMO. Excellent Service!!

Very clean and nice people

This office is cleaned weekly. Floors, bathrooms and surfaces are cleaned by my company. In addition, I've seen office staff regularly cleaning rooms after each and every patient.

Don’t understand the previous bad reviews. Dr. Murrell and his staff are friendly, polite and caring. When I missed my follow up appointment, Dr. Murrell called him self with genuine concern to check on me. His nurse Michelle is so sweet and kept my husband updated on the process and was my calming companion during surgery. I would recommend him and I will be using him for my 2nd surgery in a few weeks. Always a good visit. Staff is always polite I get in and out very quickly. LR

Everyone was really nice and seemed to actually care. He knew right away I had a wart and not a callus like my regular doctor thought. Now my toe looks normal again.

If I could give negative stars, they would get it. Please find another healthcare provider. The staff is also the worst. Been fighting for a month to get a copy of my medical records. Unbelievable.

They take your money and tell you you need surgery for no reason get a second opinion please

TERRIBLE ! Went for an ingrown toenail to b cut , Dr started talking about a bone spur in my toe.. Trying to do a surgery , had to tell him IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT ! Cancelled 2 min before the surgery once I figured out he WAS ALL ABOUT MONEY ! & boy was he upset ! Never will I go back there ! Thanks for the Antibiotics tho ???? I have been to Midtown Foot Clinic multiple times for ingrown and wart removals over the years and have had a wonderful experience each time! Dr. Murrell is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and his staff has always treated me as a human and not just a number. I have recommended people to go to Midtown Foot Clinic for their foot problems and will continue to in the future! I had a great experience with Dr. Murrell and his staff and would recommend his practice to anyone in the Savannah area! While on vacation in Tybee Island, my foot became inflamed after stepping on glass. I didn't want to visit an urgent care, so I googled podiatrists in Savannah on my insurance. Dr. Murrell's office gave me an appointment within the hour and made me feel right at home. Dr. Murrell and his staff were amazing, knowledgeable and put me at ease. After a minor procedure, I was as good as new!! I had a great experience with Dr. Murrell and his staff and would recommend his practice to anyone in the Savannah area! DO NOT do business with these clowns. They are all nuts! The office is disgusting. Someone should report these people for how gross this place is. I got a weird vibe the way Dr. Murrell was looking at my feet inappropriately. He just seemed like he enjoyed touching them too much....gross!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Murrell after I sprained my ankle trying to vault myself over a pile of firewood. Dumb decision on my part, I know - but the doctor was very sympathetic and helpful, bandaged me up perfectly and had me walking like normal in no time. The staff there are great and I had no problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend going here if you ever have any kind of foot problems. I've had nothing but good experiences at the Midtown Foot Clinic. So good in fact that I ended up having surgeries on both of my feet within weeks of each other. My first series of procedures healed so quickly I was eager to go back in and have them do my other foot as well. The first surgeries I had were an ingrown toenail, a hammer toe and the removal of a tumor on my ankle. I never even needed the scooter that was provided for me. The second series were the same except that I had no growth that needed removing this time. Not only are they professional, courteous and clean, Dr. Murrell and everyone that works for him genuinely seem to care to the point that we all know each other by first name and I actually look forward to my visits rather than that butterfly nervousness and or dread we all know so well. I was completely comfortable having my surgeries done there on site at their surgical extension, which I believe also deserves recognition for the fantastic care provided. Michelle Reaves, Dr. Murrell's Clinical Nurse Manager helped each and every step of the way and you better believe if I ever have anything I need to see a Doctor for that involves my feet there isn't any question where I'll be going. Bad experience. Took 2 staff members and 3 machines to figure out how to take my blood pressure correctly (which ended up leaving marks on my arm), they billed me incorrectly then were rude to and fought with my insurance company, and Dr. Murrell seemed out to "sell" surgeries telling me I needed to "do the other foot too" when I know it wasn't needed and tried to scare me into doing it as soon as possible.
