From the staff to the Dr. They all attended me well . The Dr. Went out of his way to make sure I’m getting the treatments and services needed for my health.

Dr. Morrow is a great ENT Doctor and I have seen him for many years and he did my Thyroid Surgery, he is the best! The Office staff including his Nurse Practitioner is fantastic, friendly and professional. I can only recommend.

First visit with Dr. Morrow, he was very thorough and explained things in a way that was easy for a layperson to understand. Didn't feel rushed at all. Very friendly, nice front desk and nursing staff.

I was pleased with the Drs. pleasant manner and explanation of diagnostic testing done. I was also thankful for medication prescribed for a chronic condition I had been experiencing for a very long time, and the relief I have.

Dr. Morrow always take the time to throroughly explain everything and is very caring

I had a Very positive experience with Dr. Morrow. Great Dr. and a great personality. He thoroughly checked my vocal chords, explained my problem and what I can do to help strengthen my voice. His office staff is also very friendly, and helpful.

I went to Dr. Morrow for a Condition with my Ear, He was So Patient with me, understood what I was trying to explain to him about my Ear. He was my SECOND Opinion Doctor because I wasn't Satisfied with my regular ENT Specialist. He went the Extra Mile and access my Disc from my MRI from Gateway Radiology. He also Did a hearing test to see how much hearing loss I had. Even though he couldn't do the Surgery I Needed, He Referred me to a group of Physicians that Specializes in my Condition. He told me that it may take some time getting into to these Doctors, but if I needed anything during that time to please call his office back and they would help me. When I began to have recurrent sinus infections, soar throat, lockjaw and other symptoms I went to see Dr. Morrow. I explained my symptoms to him and before he even looked into my mouth he knew what my diagnosis was. So he scheduled a biopsy right away and of course he was right, I had tongue and tonsil cancer. I am here today, 5 years later, because of this wonderful Dr. I hope he never retires because I don't think I can trust anyone as much with my health as I do him. Thank you Dr. Morrow.

My experience at Dr. Morrow's office was very good. He is doing all he can to find out what the cause of my problems are.

Total bureaucracy doctor!!!!!! Called with emergency after referral from both Saint Anthony’s bayfront Hospital and was told I would not even be able to get a call into him. Told I could not be seen without the referral while in pain for a collapsed ear canal from over pressurization. What is this world coming to when doctors won’t help patients and all we deal with is some uneducated person on a phone. Very pleasant Dr and support staff. Knowledgeable and friendly, explained procedures well and willing to spend as much time as I needed.

Dr Morrow treated my daughter, and I would highly encourage anyone who is female under 35 to find another doctor. He was very rough, unkind, and after conducting a very very painful procedure no less than 3 times without standard of care numbing told her that "I guess no natural childbirth for you". Understood my condition and set in place an aggressive plan to alleviate.

Mary always does a great job as does Dr. Morrow. Positive and upbeat they treat you like you are human with feelings just like them. Two thumps up!

Dr Morrow's staff is pleasant and attentive. Then meeting him was like a burst of fresh air with his elbow bumps and big personality. He's also a very experienced and thorough physician. I absolutely loved him and will definitely follow through with my care in his hands. The audiologist was also pleasant. Great staff overall.

Very very good will come back for the last eye

No improvement needed great visit. Dr Morrow and all very professional and kind.

Dr. Morrow is a very engaging ENT. Listened to my issues relating to hearing and performed a hearing test right away. Discussed the results and since I am a Veteran suggested I work with the VA to receive hearing aids through them. Thank you.

Dr. Morrow was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end! Explained everything, so I knew what to expect. He was caring, compassionate and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the very best ENT in this area.

I am being charged my copay for my first post operative visit. Have had many surgeries and never had to pay for the first checkup. I have spoken with the office manager who said there was a code needed & if I got it, to please let her know what it was. Seems like that's her job, not mine. Then, recently I discussed this with the nurse practitioner who agreed that it should be covered. I never heard another word so I thought it was settled, until I got a bill today......again. good experience

Very friendly staff.

Very cordial and efficient.

Dr Morrow met or exceeded all my expectations for this exam/visit. He thoroughly explained the results of all my lab tests. We discussed my ongoing sinus discharge problem and I am satisfied that we are doing everything possible to minimize it.

Very kind, and helpful staff and Doctor. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

The doctor is absolutely awesome, pleasant and has a great doctor manner. I have visited him for years. He also has an audiologist in the office. His staff is first rate! and helpful! It is always a pleasure to visit this office.

Horrible. He didn’t numb my nose or anything, and handled me so rough. I’m an eighteen year old female. He made me start singing when he put the scope near my vocal chords then yanked the scope straight out of my nose. I went home so sore. I lost my voice today, and I’m in extreme pain from this man. We called them and the nurse said to get numbing spray! They should’ve done that before hand! About to go to the hospital, because of malpractice. Horrible. He electronically submitted a prescription to my pharmacy and this was immediately available for pick-up. Follow-up visit was scheduled before leaving the office. Dr Morrow is very congenial. My wait in the waiting room was very short (unlike most doctors’ offices.) I had a small office procedure done very efficiently. I would highly recommend Dr Morrow.
