Yes Yes Dr. Monroe is Very Caring, gentle, understanding and Kind. Hes one of the nicest Doctors youll ever meet and be at the same level with. Who wont be so serious No I dont want A too serious of a dr lol. Ive been going to See Dr. Monroe for years now since I Was 5 years old. Yup. Its nice visiting him. Dr. Monroe has been my family's physician since the mid 90's. He is compassionate, thorough and one of the nicest people you would ever have the pleasure of meeting. He cares for you not only as a patient, but as a person. He takes the time to explain his reasoning for his diagnosis and also takes the time to personally come to the hospital and visit when I was admitted multiple times for my Asthma as a child. You can tell that he has a huge heart, as a physician of his caliber could easily leave an urban health center, such as CHC and quickly find employment with one of those MDVIP clinics and make twice as much money. I highly recommend him to anyone that has the pleasure of having him as your PCP.

This place sucks. Dr john Monroe and one lady at the front desk are the only two nice people here. U wait a hour to be called for your appointment then you wait in a room for over a hour. Like i spend have my day here. Its crazy like i dont work or my kids dont have school. Or maybe i just may have better things to do then sit an wait for a 5 min appointment. I have this place the some of the nurses r so rude. The people that check you in are down right nasty but one girl. They talk to each other more then anything qhy u sit an wait for them to call you up. You can tell its nothing about work i hear them. One time i was evwn told sorry ur 5 min late ur appointment was cancelled. I was like what thats cuz u had me standing in line waiting for you to finish telling that otjer lady about ur night out. But no still had to make a new appointment. Also was called an told i needed to come in for my son to have a med check but we just had one last mounth im supposed to have them every three months. O but they say i have not been hwre since jan thats a lie but then nurse said you no what ill say you refused i went to say no i domt but she already hung up on my face. Crazy how they treat you. I have been a patient of Doctor Monroe for years and he is the best doctor one could have. He goes above and beyond for each one of his patient and he is never rushed. His bedside manners are the best i have experience. He remembers details about your life that tells you he has been listening. The guy is just excellent!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Monroe's since I was 8 years old. He is by far the most amazing doctor I've ever been to. He has an excellent bedside manor and could very easily have his own practice but chooses to work in the inner city and help impoverished youth and families who cannot be able to afford good health care. He goes above and beyond the call of duty.
