John D Mischke

I have been seeing Dr. Mischke for a little over ten years now. I will not see any other Doctor for skin related issues. Dr. Mischke is very friendly and caring. I am overly paranoid and he is always very understanding and sympathetic. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mischke, Is a doctor that is very easy to talk with and helps me understand what's going on with my health and skin care. Glad I found him last fall.

I arrived 25 minutes late for my appointment and Dr. Mischke and his staff were very polite and understanding of the situation. Not only was I able to complete my scheduled appointment, but Dr. Mischke noticed an additional mole and did a biopsy for that mole. I was out the door within 30 minutes.

Dr. Mischke is a wonderful provider...very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, thorough and provides excellent patient care. He has been my provider for a few years and I appreciate the great care. His staff are also wonderful as well.

After my appointment with Dr. Mischke, I feel most confident of the care I received and having the benefit of his knowledge and expertise in the field of dermatology, I have no reservations whatsoever in putting my trust in him for my health concerns today or in the future.

I've been a patient of Associated Skin Care Specialists for more than 20 years. They caught a basal cell problem and took care of it. I'm very impressed with the chair side manner. Dr. Mischke has a very friendly office demeanor, and his years of experience shows. He had literally saved my life by finding an obscure, malignant melanoma, which was still in situ, and had not had a chance to metastasize. He arranged surgery and follow up visits in a timely manner. His staff is also very kind and professional, helping in any manner they can. The kind of people you would like to know in a personal manner, as well as professional. I can't say enough good things about him, or his staff.

Spent less then 5 minutes with me. Can’t wait to see my bill for 3-4 minutes of doctor time. He should be ashamed for the lack of time spent. Patients spent money, time off work, time to travel and anxiety of going to the doctors to see a doctor who runs an Assembly line. Honestly I’ve been to several other doctors at this clinic and they all have been pretty similar. Maybe it’s bad luck. Maybe it’s just the way dermatology works. Guess I will continue to search for a descent dermatologist.

Dr Mischke is friendly and efficient and has been a great provider for my wife and children

Front office staff fine. Dr. Mischke--awful. Spent little time with me, didn't look closely at my face or scalp. Didn't offer solutions other than cortisone. Discovered "red skin" that I had never seen and was probably due to icy cold weather, but he got me all worried about it. Seemed nice enough and very smart at the time so I didn't ask more questions, but realized later he wasn't interested in my minor problems and was anxious to get going. He never sat down and gave me the feeling he was interested--stood the entire visit while I was sitting. I now definitely see that I was at a major disadvantage that way and a victim of his smug assuredness. I blame myself for that. Don't see this guy. Front office staff fine. Dr. Mischke--awful. Came in, spent 5 minutes with my wife, didn't even try to get close to her skin, misdiagnosed an obvious common problem, gave us the wrong medication, a few months later the problem got significantly worse and required a much more difficult path to recovery. He was very helpfull and professional,he made me feel comfortable and and gave me a positive outlook,staff was excellent

I have an unusual disease that I have been seen at the Associate Skin Care Specialist before. It went into remission and came back about a month ago. This involves my lips as far as swelling, cracking and now peeling. Dr. Mischke did not even bother to examine me. He leaned against the table as I sat on the chair and said everything looked normal to him. At least my GP looked at my lips before sending me to a dermatologist. Pretty sad when the dermatologist doesn't do an exam!
