First off, would love to & be honored to thank Gail Neuman a very empathetic, understanding, and a medical professional in every sense of the words! She has done wonders for me & will always remain one the many heros who were on my medical team as I suffered and survived through endocarditis which also caused me to lose both of my legs. From day 1 she understood, she listened and was right there making me feel comfortable like everything was be okay & now even a year later in this tragic time of crisis we are in she came again to my rescue to help me with the medications I wouldnt have been able to get otherwise. Gail Neuman is the best NP/Doctor I've had take care of me. She is available at anytime by text message. Her knowledge and background is beyond reproach and her care for patients is above any care I've experienced. She gave me stern but gentle warnings about my lifestyle, initiated follow ups and tests, and was there for me when my initial medication didn't work. She was able to place an order without me visiting the doctor and has followed up via phone without me initiating. Dr. Miller (from meeting him, through difficulties and continued care) just shines bright under stress. He is a graduate of UC Irvine Medical School, Residency at LA-USC Medical Center and is on the Hoag Physician roster. Referral by a family member to local Chiropractor was odd. Tactic used was belligerent some would say/others would say crafty. After consulting Dr. Miller personally, he illuminated fact that said care was un-justified. Dr. Miller has been seeing family members for over 30 years---guarding his patients and looking out for their best outcomes. He is also an avid racer and car builder. I have been seeing Dr. Miller for almost three decades. His office staff is top notch. His P.A. Judy ordered a blood test that saved my life. I was diagnosed with Stage 1 thyroid cancer. Early detection was key. A million thanks for your professionalism and for taking the extra care of your patients.

The nurse sent me into get blood work done and refused to talk to me over the phone about my results and the office made me come into review them with her. Every appointment is an hour long. They are only open from 9-4 (with a 2 hour 12-2 lunch break), only half of which Dr. Miller is there for (9-12) . I have called the office 4 times, all which I waited on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes. If you have hours of free time and are retired, then you have time to wait for their slow staff, 1 hour appointments, 5-10 minute holds on the phone, and in person blood work follow ups. As a young full time professional, I don't have time for that. I met with the nurse practitioner, who told me I had a certain virus that was life lasting but when consulted by a specialist, he said it was a virus that only lasted a few weeks and was harmless. They are also very conservative and I was told many different things that could be wrong with me. They are very old school. With my insurance policy change I had to find a new doctor, I can guarantee I won't be back to this one.
