What I can say or write? ..... a Hospital like this is really a home .
My son had FOA surgery with Dr.Meara almost one month ago. He is an amazing surgeon. My son’s recovery has been nothing short of amazing. He is SO kind and genuinely cares about his patients. He is so personable and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Explains everything in detail. We are blessed to have Dr. Meara as our doctor. Dr Meara is very friendly , kind and caring. We recently had our son's palate repair done by Dr Meara and the outcome came out well. We recently had a soft cleft palate repair for our Son Mahiilan who is 9 months old. Dr Meara was very nice and kind and took good care of our son and repaired the palate. Dr Meara was very nice and kind on all our visit and we are happy to have him to treat our child. Definitely recommend him for for similar issues. Along with Dr Meara , the staffs and nurses are really awesome in Boston's childrens. We really felt that we were on good hands to have our son treated.
We are so thankful to have found Dr. Meara! Our son was born with a Cleft Lip in April 2007 and Dr. Meara performed two separate surgeries to repair Patrick's lip -- one when Patrick was 3 months old and one when he was five years old. We always knew the plan would be two procedures with yearly check-ups. Dr. Meara is kind, patient and caring. My son is 11 years old now and his lip looks fantastic-- you can barely see a scar! Dr. Meara and his staff are the best! Thank you!
Dr. Meara charges $463 for a 15-minute outpatient visit. If you have a high deductible, you should know this beforehand. I would not recommend him for this reason. Nobody should be penalized to this extent for doing the best they can for their child’s health.
