John Patrick Mcgee

Dr McGee is my knee surgeon and he’s a real straight shooter. Did a scope on my bad knee and I’m finally on the road to recovery. Can’t say enough good things about him.

Excellent

Dr McGee provided me with excellent care when I visited the ER at Riverside Doctors Hospital in Williamsburg with a lacerated finger in which a staph had begun. This caused me to need surgery on my finger. Dr McGee was awesome. He is a caring and skilled surgeon. The after care I received from Dr. McGee was just also the best I have ever had from any doctor and I am 68 years old.

I had to have a complete hip replacement after an accident. I did not want a hip replacement. Dr McGee was more then patient with me while I cried. I had a new hip a few weeks later with no problems. I was riding my bike a few weeks after that. Dr McGee is not only a great surgeon, but he is also one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. Dr. McGee does not listen. He acts like he cares at first but he does not. His LPN Candace is as equally horrible. I only saw him once for a possible stress fracture. He wanted to do an invasive test which I refused. I just wanted an MRI. He refused! I pay a fortune each month for health insurance. It's not like he's paying for it or I'm getting it for free. I went to another Orthopedist who was so compassionate and seeing my history of stress fractures ordered an MRI right away.

He hs been my dr or surgeon for 4yrs now he is very good. He treats you as a person not a number. He listens and talks to you so you under stand the problem.
