The first time they thought I would need a root canal because I broke off a huge chunk of my front tooth! But luckily today after he was able to clean it up really well and get a good look at it, all it needed was a crown! I will be back next month to get more cavities fixed from chemo.

I went in for a cleaning and felt pampered the whole time. While I waited, I watched golf and was given bottled water. Then the cleaning was quick and professional. Hailey was my hygienist and she was personable and, again, very professional. I would recommend Main Street Dental to everyone and I thank them for a comfortable visit to the dentist.

The staff are knowledgeable in all aspects, very helpful with financial assistance, as well as patient care and keeping patient informed. Had three extractions, the Doctor and assistant put me at ease. I felt welcomed from the second I walked in. Everyone was extremely polite and even made going to the dentist a little less stressful. The lady who cleaned my teeth was awesome. I went in knowing I was probably going to have a tooth pulled. Dental assistant took X-rays, and went to get dentist. He never showed. He had the assistant come back to tell me what my options were, and that I would need to go to Wichita to have tooth pulled. Would have been nice for the actual dentist to come in to at least look at my teeth and let me know the whys and why nots as to what brought me to the dentist to begin with, and to assure me this was the best choice with what I was going there for. Needless to say, I will not be keeping my follow up appointment. Dislike going to dentists anyway, but this reassured me as to why this won’t be the dental practice for me.

Yesterday I had so much pain in my mouth, I called and they were able to get me in this afternoon. Had one tooth cavity filled and another pulled that had been bad for years. Feel so much better now. Always a pleasure to see Dr John and the staff. Thanks!!!

They did not care about my pain at all, nor did anyone take the time to explain it discuss the different options I had, or the cost. I came to them for help, in some of the worst pain I've ever had, and was treated like I wasn't fit to lick their boots. I left the office in tears and the only one to ask if I was okay or if they could help me, was another customer.
