Dr. Maddox was very caring and interested in what my concerns were about my son. Gave great advice and support.

We are so happy to be back with Dr Maddox as our pediatrician. He does a great job of listening, discussing information, and helping us make healthcare choices.

Very easy to find and park. Excellent staff well trained and informative.

So far the best care my children and I have received . Highly recommended .

I love Dr. Maddox, he talks to my 11 year old son directly and listens to what is said and not said. I hope he stays around for a while.

My daughters (ages 14 and 16) have been going to Dr. Maddox since they were born. I have always appreciated that he takes the time to listen to me as a mom, and now to my girls as they’re getting older, before deciding on the best course of action for any of their needs. We followed Dr. Maddox when he made the move to Pentucket Medical as my girls (and I) couldn’t imagine switching to anyone else. We have nothing but high praises for Dr. Maddox and his team at Pentucket Medical. He takes the time to listen and communicates well with us. His outreach is wonderful, he is engaged and connected to our care, and we could not be happier.

Dr. Maddox is a caring and thoughtful pediatric primary care physician. As a parent of 3, he speaks to me not at me. He asks for my opinion rather than just giving me his. I'm very grateful to Dr. Maddox for all he has done for me and my boys during this pandemic. Couldn't have asked for a better physician for my kids.

We’ve been with Dr. Maddox for 15 years. He has a tremendous bedside manner. He’s thoughtful, patient and thorough. We never feel rushed and he listens to all questions and concerns. He has been a wonderful provider for our family!

Miss this practice so much!! I brought my children to see Dr. Maddox since my first daughter was born. I trusted him and really felt like I could bounce things off him without judgment. We recently moved out of state and are really seeing how lucky we were to be in that office. Can't recommend him enough!

We recently switched to Dr. Maddox and myself & my boys are very pleased with him. The way he interacts & engages my boys is fantastic. His approach is truly wonderful. His office is always very quick to respond to my questions. So glad we switched pediatricians!

Dr. Maddox is a great listener, he is thorough and shows great kindness to my children. We have been with him for 9 years and trust him fully with my childrens health. Has given us great referrals.

He is my sons Doctor and there 10 years a part and he has been there from day one. I trust his opion and referrals. My family is very happy to have him as our family doctor.

Dr. Maddox was the primary care physician for my two sons, one from age 2 to 8, the other from birth to age 5. He was exceptional at working with the boys, treating them respectfully and with a spirit of fun. I would highly recommend him and the other doctors in this practice to anyone with small children.

If we're not able to get the first appointment of the day, we often end up waiting, but it's worth the wait. He spends as much time as you need to answer questions, explain his findings and consider your opinions on how your child should be treated. I've never felt rushed like I did with my previous pediatrician and my kids love him.
