John Alan Macfarlane

Don't know if he has problem with minorities or single fathers but I found him to be a condescending pr#ck . Never taking my child there again.

Dr. MacFarlane has been the answer to our prayers.

He cares about his patients. He is thorough. He explains things and is very accepting of your parenting style, while ensuring best medical practice for your children.

Very thorough and spends time with the patient. Answers questions and explains in an easy manner. Well worth the wait to see him. He cares about his patients.

We love Dr. MacFarlane! He has taken very good care of my 4 kids over the years. I would add though, that if you are into wholistic or homeopathic types of medicines, or vaccine choice, he is probably not the pediatrician for you.

Dr. Macfarlane and his staff are wonderful. I fully trust Dr. Macfarlanes medical knowledge. He’s a great pediatrician!!

I feel Dr. MacFarlane is an excellent doctor. He thoroughly examines my grandson and monitors his motor skills on the medications he has prescribed for him. Dr. MacFarlane has a very nice personality, easy to talk you to, and is able to talk to kids very easily. With Dr. MacFarlane's help my grandson is doing well in school and has maintained very good grades. Thank you.

Outstanding. Takes his time with my children. Very thorough in his exams and explanations

Takes the time to listen and answer all questions. Never rushes out. Even took the time to see us on this day off and spoke with us about our concerns over the phone on a weekend evening. He truly cares about his patients. I would not trust my baby with anyone else.

By far the BEST pediatrician we have EVER seen. I have four boys and Macfarlane is so sweet, kind, loving and caring with each one!!! He listens to my concerns as a mother and calms my worries. I feel like such a proud momma walking out of his clinic EVERY TIME because he is so encouraging and uplifting about my children’s health, milestones and accomplishments.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone taking their child to McFarland

Such a great doctor and so thorough. He will go over every change in weight, height, behavior and more. He is patient and welcomes questions and concerns. Very calm with a screaming crying baby and very kind.
