Dr. John R Lubben

Dr. Lubben is so patient, attentive, and caring. My mom came to visit me from NY and I brought her to Dr. Lubben for botox. She doesn't speak english and was very nervous but Dr. Lubben's professional mannerism and easy going personality made us both feel very comfortable and relaxed. We've been to other offices around here for botox/fillers and my mom said she liked Dr. Lubben the most. She said results were way better than what she had gotten in the past from other offices. In July I had to have emergency surgery and I was so incredibly scared. I have a major fear of having surgery/anesthesia and that mixed in with being alone due to Covid regulations; I was freaking out. I was in the O/R prep and Dr. Lubben, my anesthesiologist, came in to introduce himself and get to work. I tried to pretend like I was brave as I answered his questions but he is incredibly observant and caught on to my anxiety. He asked if I was okay and I broke down. His bedside manner and genuine care and concern for his patients was able to calm me down quickly. He came in before my discharge to check in and passed down some of his wisdom. Dr. Lubben is fantastic! He’s professional, caring, and detail oriented. Above all, he’s a perfectionist and makes sure his work is flawless. Flexibility and extended hours are definitely a plus. You can’t go wrong. Highly recommend!

Dr Lubben was accommodating, understanding and knowledgeable. I called him last minute looking for a Botox fix and he was willing to meet me within an hour. He was patient while I figured out exactly what I wanted because I am new at Botox and derma filler. I received more Botox than in the past and he was right, look fabulous. Thank you Dr. Lubben for working with me. I highly recommend him for your next Botox , derma filler and probably lips as well. I'm going to try the lips next. Woohoo. Dr. Lubben was professional and caring. He listened to my concerns and addressed all of them in how he provided treatment. I’ve had many unsatisfactory experiences and results in the past. I’m extremely satisfied with my results and plan to entrust Dr. Lubben to take care of me in the future.

Do not trust this doctor!! He is uncaring and will not listen to the patient. Use someone else.

Dr. Lubben is amazing. He administered pain-free trigger point and epidural injections. His bedside manner is great. You're in competent, capable and caring hands with Dr. Lubben.

I saw Dr. Lubben in his Monterey California office. He is very calm and explains everything in detail. I felt like I was in good hands. I have neck pain and received cortisone injections in my neck. So far..so good.
