Worst experience with Dr. Long who completely and very rudely failed to accept any responsibility for his botched work. Consulted with 2 reputable plastic surgeons post surgery and both were aghast at what he had done to me. Great experience with Dr. Long and his staff. He did a beautiful job 2 weeks ago on my tummy tuck/panniculectomy. I couldn't be happier.

Dr Long is THE BEST, MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE, CONSIDERATE, METICULOUSLY TALENTED DR EVER. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR HIM & HIS AWESOMELY AMAZING STAFF ! I cannot give more Positive, TRUTHFUL raving reviews about Dr. Long & his staff. He is patient & he handles each client individually according to their health-specific needs. He answers Questions CLEARLY & CONCISELY & addressed all of my concerns beforehand. To be under his medical care as a patient was MORE than worth the drive from Austin to Houston. I can't say enough good about Dr. Long. He is outstanding from his clean facility to his super nurse, everything was fantastic. She even helped me deal with my insurance because of my special situation. I love my new look. Dr. Long has a great personality and was always upbeat and positive. I never waited more than 5 minutes to be called back for my appointment and it was a matter of a few minutes before he came into the room. This is true of every appointment. I have recommended him to several friends and family. No one has EVER been disappointed. I can't say enough good about Dr. Long. I had a hernia repair and mini tuck Sept 15, 2015. After my surgery I went for my follow up and at first follow up I was still swollen so I couldn't tell. A couple weeks later I noticed my stomach was hard and numb over my incision. Dr Long told me that it would go away post op. I was reading online and thought maybe it was a seroma that needed needle aspiration. So when I went to my last follow up I had him to stick a needle in it and to my disappointment only minimal fluid came out. Dr Long then told me that it was just "fat". I'm sorry DR....but how is it just "fat" when I was SUPPOSED to be getting a mini tuck?? Hence....TUCK! Needless to say...I can go on an episode of Botched my stomach looks so bad! No wait time! I trust Dr. Long with my life and families. I would recommend him to anyone especially my loved ones. In addition he has the most friendly and accommodating staff. His office is extremely clean with cool collectables all around.
