Dr. John Lepore

Best Pediatrician & staff I've ever experienced. I have 3 kids and I don't know for sure but I might like Dr. Lepore more than even they do!

Wonderful and caring with kids, but has displayed very rude behavior with his nurses and assistants and can be quite short and rude with parents. We've decided not to use him anymore.

Dr. Lepore takes care of both of our kids and we couldn't find a more comfortable office for both the kids and us. Very happy we have a wonderful office to visit.

Such an amazing man and doctor. He takes so much time to ensure that he understands what is going on. We love everything about him and office staff.

Best pediatrician I have met. Dr. Lepore is the pediatric doctor for both my five and two year old. He is up front, honest, and truly caring. He has the best beside manner and treats kids and parents respectfully. My family ends up in his office quite a bit due to my children having some pre-existing conditions, however everytime that we go in, Dr. Lepore and his staff always make us feel like we are part of his family. My only regret is we didn't have Lepore from the beginning with my five year old. I cannot say enough how much of a relief it is to find an intelligent and logical doctor, instead of the usual simply book smart, and illogical doctor. He is my daughters doctor when she was born..we visit there office after 3 days and another doctor help us..she is very nice too..sad to say we change another clinic or doctor because way too far from our place..

Best pediatrician in las vegas !!! Been our pediatrician for 14 years , would never take my children elsewhere. He truly cares about his patients and is very honest. Never wait long ... as a medical assistant i understand the office staff can be a bit unpleasant at times , something which i havent had to deal with thankfully but regardless i would deal with an unpleasant staff just to have my children see him..Dr.lepore you rock. Dr Lapor has been my kids doctor since the day they were born. He has always been attentive with them always made sure that we were well taking care of it when we go to his office. He’s an amazing doctor always there when my two kids are sick or need anything. BEST DOCTOR EVER.

I really like Dr . Lepore. He's very good with children and I liked how he helped with the problems she was having. I went to desert valley pediatrics before and they were horrible. Not one of them ever told me my daughter had a heart murmur, and they had her on the wrong dose of meds. Dr Lepore was very helpful and put her on the right track and she is doing much better. We hardly waited at all when we were in the office. This will definitely be my daughters new Dr from now on! I really like Dr . Lepore. My kids see many specialists, and Kidfixers was fantastic at sending referrals, letters to insurance, etc. I'm not sure if it was something about me personally, or if it was because I knew more about medical care in Vegas than the average mom, but Dr. L often complained to me about his office staff, nurses, and associates. He swore at least once every appointment (with my children present!). I put up with it because clinically he's a very skilled doctor and we were only in Vegas for 4 yrs.

Tried to make an appointment the same day, had a really sick baby. No same day appointment possible for new patients! The woman on the phone was really rude and totally not interested in you. I tried to make an appointment for the next day, she asked me which location. I said: doesn't matter, any locations. She asked my again: what location? I asked her : do I speak Chinese or something? I told her she was very rude and with this attitude on the phone already, how would it be when I'm there. I said: you know what, let it go and hung up. How on earth can you hire people like her. She doesn't like people, how can she like children? Don't waste your time, look for another pediatrician. Like the reviews said, rude staff, long waiting time... Super friendly and awesome service and care.

When you go to any doctors, no matter how good or bad the doctor is you still have to go through the receptionist. I would give 0star to this place for the reception staff. They denied seeing my sick son and giving appointment. Let's start with my experience. I have boon taking my son to this place from almost three years, last few days and I took my son to this clinic with out appointment, receptionist refused to take him with out appointment and told us to come back. From the first visit when I was pregnant 4.5 yrs ago to today, he is hands down the best pediatrician I've met. His whole office is knowledgeable and helpful. Never once have I felt rushed or my concerns not addressed. Wonderful wonderful doctor

He's so personable and friendly to our daughter. Dr. Lepore doesn't rush us out to get to the next patient, instead he takes as much time as we need and makes sure we've had all of our questions asked. We really trust him and will never switch doctors!

Dr Lepore began seeing my 3 children at very young ages, they are now 23,19, and 15. Not only do my children love him but my husband as well. If it wasn't for him my now 19 year old may have had severe brain and heart damage from sleep apnea. All other docs were looking and treating ADHD turns out sleep apnea has close related symptoms, when Dr. Lepore suspected it and had him tested his brain was already being affected from oxygen deprivation. I don't know how many times we have raced in with numerous life threatening issues and he always saw them. Hospital stays broken arms severe asthma attacks with respretory distress. We've been taking our 3 children to see Dr. Lepore for the past 6 years. We absolutely love him. When we moved to Pahrump from Las vegas , we decided to keep him as our Pediatrician! Best doctor in Las Vegas

Dr. Lepore has taken care of our twins since the day they were born and we love him with all our hearts. The best doctor I have ever taken my kids to. But unfortunately his office staff has changed to often and quite a few of them do not have a clue of how to talk to people or handle themselves with integrity. Unfortunately after almost 7 years we are having to leave such a great doctor because we are tired of being treated horrible by his office staff for questioning why we are being charged certain amounts on our bill and why credits are not being applied to are charges when we come in. And we are tired of being accused of things from his office staff that never happened. Sad day when someone you trusted with your children wont even take the time to listen to your side. After carefull review of pediatricians in Vegas I was happy to narrow it down to this office. Pleasant staff, sick room & well room seperated & sanitary reasons behind everything they do. My important Qs were:Are you contracted with my hospital? (summerlin) How long is the average wait time if I have an appt? Did Drs & Nurses all study in USA? Sick room & well room waiting areas? Usually alway see Dr Lepore but as my baby moves into daycare age finding myself with the flu buggies and needing to rush in without much notice & have been very pleased with everyone. Saw the review about the baby not walking at 9 months and after being a nanny for over 15 years I know some kids walk late some walk early 11 months is average. I do know Dr Lepore sometimes senses something and asks questions a little oddly but if he doesnt ask some parents are afraid of the "conversation" he pulled out the right info from me to find that my baby had 2 little holes in his heart. They sent me to childrens heart hospital. Made me feel better to realize that I wasnt just being a paranoid mother who watches her child breathe & "thinks"sometimes it looks like it is not always normal.
