Dr. Kupferschmid and Texas Pediatric Specialist are great! Dr. Kupferschmid is a wonderful surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Kupferschmid and Texas Pediatric Specialist.

Dr. Kupferschmid is an amazing doctor! He was very patient, kind, and thorough in his explanations. I can never say enough good things about Kupferschmid. My son was in incredible and capable hands and there is no one else I would rather have had then dr. Kupferschmid to do open heart surgery on my son.

I just been there twice n the staff treated me as if I was the only patient there I’ve been to other doctors n they all treated me great but I’m impressed with Dr. Kupferschmid and staff.

Excellent doctor, very personable and easygoing, puts the patient at ease. The thought of open heart surgery is very alarming and generated a lot of anxiety for me but Dr. Kupferschmid did a fine job of putting me at ease and the surgery itself went off without any problems. I'm very happy that I had him as my surgeon.

If anyone’s child needs heart surgery this is the BEST and ONLY doctor I would recommend. When you first see him you will think “how is this large (tall) man going to operate on my child’s tiny heart!?”. He is a gentle giant and an expert at what he does. He looked at our son and saw him as his own. He DOES NOT have the “God Complex” most surgeons have. He was patient with us, and answered all our questions regarding our sons open heart surgeries (interrupted aortic arch repair and VSD closure). We trusted our sons life in his hands not once but twice.The staff is very helpful and friendly at the office. We never had problems getting a hold of them. When ever we had a question his nurse would get back to us promptly. We are so thankful and greatful to have had him as our surgeon. Dr. Kupferschmid is and will always be in our prayers. Our family is forever grateful and give God all the glory for this man, who saved our youngest child’s life, 12/31/2012. Our son was born with a very rare CHD. If we hadn’t had Dr. Kup and his expertise, our child wouldn’t have made it. Thank you, Dr. Kupferschmid, for everything you do.

My daughter had three holes in her heart. Dr. Kupferschmid saved my baby girl. I am forever grateful for his services and knowledge. Thanks to the whole staff they were all wonderful.

Fantastic surgeon. Had a Pulmonic valve replacement done by him. Was in ICU for just one day. Follow up by him was great. Para ser breve mi hija Julianita a sido intervenida dos veces por el Dr. John Kupferschmid. Por su enfermedad congénita tetralogía de fallot y en las dos ocaciones mi hija a salido victoriosa con la ayuda de Dios y nuestro Dr. John Kupferschmid. Mi niña nació en Mexico cuando la trajimos a eu llego con la saturación de sangre en 56 la intervino el doctor para salvarle la vida a los 2 meces y medio. En este momento mi niña tiene 10 mcs ayer 02/08/18fue intervenida nuevamente todo salió perfecto
