John Marshall Knox II

Dr. Knox is one of the best doctors our family have ever met. He's friendly, awesome with young kids and adults, and not to mention a walking wikipedia. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr Knox today for the first time. He was awesome. He is very patient, very kind, thorough and gentle. I was very nervous, and he and his assistant Grace were very reassuring and really made me feel comfortable and at ease. At this point , he is my favorite dermatologist that I have seen and I hope to have him as my doctor from here on out. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely the worst experience with a doctor ever, and that is saying a lot. His PA was great and had already done a culture and determined what the issue was. Dr. Knox on the follow up apparently doesn't believe test results and actual evidence from my own experience and skin (He didn't bother to ask). He said it was acne, after it was already determined to be MRSA infection, that I bathed too often, and then had the audacity to imply I may smoke ice as he said. Never even heard of it. A ho

Terrible! This was my first visit with Dr Knox and I will not be returning. I found him rude and extremely condescending. Every time I tried to explain my skin history- what I've tried and what has been successful or not, I was cutoff mid sentence by him only to tell me I was wrong. i have never had such little care with any doctor in my life. He is an extremely western trained doctor with antiquated practices. I left his office in tears and felt that I hadn't been listened to or helped.
