We've been with Dr. Kersteff for 24 years. He took care of our whole family as my kids grew up and now cares for my grandchildren. He is very knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. He listens and makes you feel valued.

I have been a patient of his for over five years and really like his abilities to communicate well when explaining my health situations with me. He is extremely outgoing and makes you feel very comfortable and confident with him.

Dr. Kersteff has superb bedside manner and is knowledgeable in the basics that a GP should know. If his office tells you they can manage a specialty disease (ex Diabetes), you will need to be your own patient advocate and make them get you the top care. If you can afford it, go to a specialist. Use them for general practice services. Staff and front office can be a bit snippy and unwilling to go the distance for basic requests (ex. running insurance coverage).

Dr. Kersteff is the best there is. He takes the time to talk with me about any issues I would like to discuss. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr. Kersteff is ok. Decent advice and care, although very busy of course and just wants the appointment over with most of the time. The customer service is horrible though. They charge $10 for any form not related to an appointment to be filled out. If you have someone reach out to your doctor for a medical release or any kind of verification - $10. They started doing this in November and are also horrible at answering the phone, don't have an answering machine, and have very limited calling hours. Very disappointed.

I called to get a new patient appointment and his office's FIRST appointment available is 6 MONTHS OUT!!!!!!!! UNREAL.

Dr.Kersteff is an exceptional M.D. He listens well, shows compassion and I always leave with having my questions answered. He doesn't order unnecessary tests which I really appreciate since we are self-pay.

Dr Kersteff has been our PCP for many years now. he is very thorough with his check up and very compassionate to his patients. He listens to you and call you back if you have any concerns.

Dr. Kersteff always listens to my concerns and addresses them. He tells me his honest opinions and his treatment plans have been successful thus far. I appreciate his bubbly personality and professionalism. It's hard to find a good doctor now-a-days, but I am happy my family has found him.

Both my wife and I see Dr. Kersteff. He is consistently kind, caring, and compassionate. He calmly answers all questions and will make certain that any information delivered is completely understood, if needed. In other words......an extremely excellent Doctor!

As another review stated, I always feel I matter. Dr. Kersteff is very caring and thoughtful, and he has helped me understand health hurdles I'm having. You can really ask him about anything, he is there to help you be as healthy as possible. Almost all of my family goes to Dr. Kersteff, and we all feel very fortunate to have found him!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Kersteff to all my friends and family. He has a great personality and always takes the time to talk to you about your concerns. His staff is awesome; friendly and outgoing.
