Dr Kelly failed to correctly prescribe a refill for Lyrica. He was using a old list of med I gave him, which was 9 months old. He refused to correct the error, stating that I was forcing him to prescribe a higher dose. Even after I sent him a photo of the bottle, he decided to terminate me. He knew that I would be out of this medicine and failed to act responsibility to correct the error. The office person Chris, when asked why she did not call me, had no answer. Dr Kelly accused me of lying.
