Dr. John Victor Kaspar

I have been seeing Dr. Kaspar for several years concerning urological issues. I’m convinced he is a top urologist. Most recently he performed a prostate biopsy which thankfully returned with no signs of cancer. He explained the procedure thoroughly before and while performing the procedure. Though uncomfortable, the procedure itself, which took about 10 minutes, was nothing like the horror stories I heard. I highly recommend Dr. Kasper for anyone seeking a caring, thorough, and professional urologist. Thank you Dr. Kaspar.

This is not an indictment on Dr. Kaspar. His office staff is terrible. They don't communicate well at all. The billing office appears to be disorganized. Maybe once you wade through the staff, you get to a good physician.

Dr. Kaspar seems friendly and knowledgeable. He has only visited and tested, so far.

Dr. Kaspar was great. He took time to understand and diagnose my condition. He recommended a treatment based on if he was in my shoes and what he would do if it was him. I highly recommend him.

What started as a hospital stay in early June 2021 with lots of questions and concerns - led me to Dr. Kaspar. He performed a procedure for me on June 22, and the entire ordeal will be wrapped up on June 28 with a little healing remaining. Dr. Kaspar and his entire team have been informative, responsive, and reassuring. I will work with their team from this point forward - no one else. Dr. Kaspar is my urologist now for 10 years or so. He always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. He is very attentive to any concerns that I may have. After a recent inspection he arranged a very speedy procedure to control a small problem. The procedure went very quickly and I was on my way home soon after. Very nice and attentive with great enthusiasm. This is my first meeting with him and would give him my highest endorsement. I trust his clinical judgement and he was very personable.

Dr. Kaspar is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Each visit is an opportunity to ease any anxiety I might have.

Dr. Kaspar performed a procedure for me in early March and it went amazingly well. I highly recommend him and his team for their high standard of personal care and excellent technique. Recovery has been very fast.

Dr Kaspar has treated both my husband and me. He is a wonderful, caring, brilliant person and physician. He has a great bedside manner and truly cares about each of his patients. I highly recommend him to family and friends.

I had a big problem I had been dealing with for about four years. It became progressively worse so I finally decided to see Dr. Kasper. He explained in detail what needed doing surgically. Dr. Kaspar is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and then some, as in my case he has handled my case on the first visit. As I look forward to my future visits with Dr. Kaspar I know that I am in good hands with him and his team that sounds him.

Doctor Kaspar is great, but I cannot fathom his care coordinator. She NEVER answers that phone and I’m constantly having to play phone tag JUST to get a freakin appointment. That’s outrageous, it’s 2018. Kelly needs to be fired and have someone who actually answers the phone calls.

I recently found out I had testicular cancer in the form of a lump on my right testicle. I'm a super healthy 46-year-old male that's never been sick, never had the flu, never had anything more than the common cold. When I found out I had testicular cancer, I was shocked and had a huge level of anxiety as you can imagine. I looked up doctors in the area as well as reviews and decided on Dr. Kaspar after talking to several people. When I went in to meet Dr. Kaspar, he was very polite, quick to see me, made me feel comfortable and spent plenty of time with me. Dr. Kaspar told me we needed to remove my testicle soon and suggested an operation the following week (which would be my first every operation). I went to the Rex outpatient facility in Cary the next week and loved the entire experience, the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, etc. were all super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I thought the whole ordeal would be much worse and it wasn't bad at all, to be honest. When they took me back for the operation they told me to breathe some oxygen, and I was awake an hour later, and everything was done. I'm now two weeks post-op, and I've had little to no pain, no complications from the operation and the great news is I'm CANCER FREE!! I also want to thank God for everything as my faith helped get me through this easier. Anyone who needs to see a urologist should see Dr. Kaspar, he's a great doctor, and I highly recommend him to any person in the area, especially if you need a testicle removed. Anyone who needs to see a urologist should see Dr. Kaspar, he's a great doctor, and I highly recommend him to any person in the area, I had testicular cancer and he was the first doctor to ever operate on me. He made me feel comfortable, I had little to no pain and he took great care of me. My wife and I both highly recommend him to everyone! By the way, I'm now cancer free!!
