Excellent job on my shoulder!!!!

I have been to many Ortho Drs in the Union county area and this is by far the best, clean, friendly ,state of the art facility and Dr Hill is awesome and listens when you tell him what’s going on instead of just trying to push pain meds. I would recommend Dr Hill and his staff to anyone with any Orthopedic needs.

Dr.Hill and his staff (Crystal) were so attentive and kind. He explained everything in terms that I would be able to understand. I would recommend to any one who is looking for a orthopedic doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Hill and his staff. Dr.Hill performed total knee replacement on me this past fall and he did a wonderful job and was so very caring about my surgery and my post care. He explains everything step by step and makes sure you are comfortable with any procedure he may be performing for you. His staff is also very good and very helpful. My wife broke her ankle the Monday before Thanksgiving, went to the Waxhaw emergency room. They said to call Dr Hill's office in the morning. I was not so sure they would be able to see her with such short notice. But I called and at 2:30 she was in the office talking to Dr. Hill. Surgery was scheduled for that Friday, yes the day after Thanksgiving. We could not be more pleased with the service and great attention we have been given. Everyone at the Waxhaw office is very kind and attentive to your needs. Eight weeks now and my wife is out of her boot and walking. Thanks to Dr. Hill and his staff. Dr. Hill misdiagnosed the proper way to treat my son for fractured ulna and radius bones. This caused the bones to not heal correctly. My son had surgery performed by an OrthoCarolina specialist, so that he could regain function in his dominant arm. I would not recommend anyone go to Dr. Hill.

Dr. Hill was fantastic! He went out of his way to make sure I not only saw the problem but understood both it and the procedure to fix it. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Very rude physician. Arrogant, demeaning to his staff and nurses. On top of his unprofessional behavior, he's not even a good surgeon to fall back on.

I have been so grateful for Dr Hill's excellent care after I fell and fractured my knee cap in pieces. He spent extra time in surgery putting all the pieces back together. Dr. Hill is great! Listens to everything you have to say & he's up on current procedures! I’m 100% on Dr. Hill. All his staff are professional. Glad to have found him to do my surgery!

He blew me off and didn't seem to be genuinely concerned about me or my condition. Seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't have the time to spend with me. It was pretty much in and out. The nurse that answer the phone when I called there was very rude. I went to another doctor and they were genuinely concerned, and ordered an MRI so they could have a detailed look to see what's going on.

Dr. Hill seemed like a decent doctor, but his office nurse was rude and disorganized. For one, she called in a refill prescription for me. I went to fill it at the pharmacy and they told me I had to wait 4 days for insurance to fill it which was fine. But she called me acting as if I we’re trying to get another prescription after those days were up so it wasn’t filled. She canceled it! It was just for inflammation-not a narcotic. And then the final straw is when I called for an MRI which Dr. Hill had instructed me to do if I wasn’t better after exercise and that way I wouldn’t have to come back befuamd after the MRI. The nurse refuses and said there was no order and was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. She Did even take the time to ask the doctor!! I I’ll never return to that office again. Well I was told Dr Hill was a great doctor, I have to disagree, he is just full of his own self importance, he misdiagnosed my condition, was beyond rude, assumed things about me that were not true and was over all ego driven. If you want your injury fixed, do not go near him, go anywhere but here!!! He will tell you that he is an expert, how great of a doctor he is and give you a shot in the wrong place, not see that surgery was needed. He does not listen, loves the sound of his own voice.

My husband and I each had to see an orthopedist and chose Dr. Hill, based on reviews. He was very personable, asked a lot of questions, listened attentively, and explained each of our conditions to us. We were impressed and happy with the treatments that he gave us. I highly recommend him.

He is a GREAT Dr. He operated on my knee 2 years ago no problems I trust him expcidly one 100 Percent. thank you Dr Hill
