Dr. John Edward Hein

Really terrible experience! It has been a while since I had seen Dr Hein, I had extreme pain in my shoulder and I couldn’t lift my arm, it went on like this for 5 years or so and was Continuously getting worse, I worked at Lowe’s distribution and I could not effectively do my job, it was interfering in my work quite a bit, the doctor refused to Refer me to a specialist, I had missed so much work from it that I was literally at risk of getting fired, one day I woke up and was headed to work and I just couldn’t take the pain anymore and instead of going to Work I went to the hospital, I explained that my doctor would not give me a referral and I was in excruciating pain and the doctor at the emergency room said I will give you a referral, best thing that ever happened! I had a torn rotary cuff and ended up having surgery, I am about 95% better , I’ll take it! I suffered a long time because of that doctor! Really terrible experience! What a horribly rude man!! I went to him for a followup on a broken ankle and he tried to tell me it wasn't broken and then refused to let me see the xray saying "whats the point? be careful not an xray technician " I would not recommend this doctor for anyone or anything!! Horrible I went there to be seen and he was rude....made me feel like he didnt have the time to hear what the problem was.....diabetic with sore on foot that's getting worse....worst experience I've had with what's suppose to be a professional.....sad ...hope that he's not able to make many more people feel the way I did before they find out his bedside manner and cut him loose.
