Dr. John C. Heiby

Dr Heiby is one of the greatest Dr in the area, his office Manager is Rude and very combative. It goes to show you can be the greatest in your skill and not have a handle on your staff and their behavior and not get the reviews that are deserved.

I have been going to Dr.Heiby for about 16-17 years. I absolutely love the ladies up front. John is also a very knowledgeable optometrist himself. Sadly they no longer take our insurance, so I’ll be looking for a new doctor today.

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to help resolve any problems encountered with insurance. The doctor is very thurough and has patience, which is great with kids.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Heiby and the receptionist ladies. They were all super friendly, patient, and helpful. Dr. Heiby is great with kids too, he had all of us laughing! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Most thorough exam I ever had.

Great people, the best eye Dr. and I mean ever!

I’ve been going to Dr. Heiby for over 20 years. He genuinely cares about my eyes and is very knowledgeable and thorough.

This is a truly good doctor who takes his time as well as makes his patients comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humor as well as fantastic bedside manners. The lovely ladies that work for Dr. Heiby are as kind as he is and our pleasure to be around My family of 5 will continue to see him as well as refer him to our family and friends! Thank you Dr. Heiby and thank you Lori, Christine & Julie you are all outstanding!
