Dr. Hatch years ago met me in the ER in Milford. I has sustained a rather serious injury to my right eye involving a nail gun. He was very patient with me as he knew the seriousness of this situation. Dr. Hatch arranged to see me for 14 straight days , including Saturday and Sunday , to regulate the pressure in my eye. I went home not knowing if I would ever recover my sight from this injury. I was allowed to go back to work after a month, still very little sight out of this eye, as he told me it would come back and when it did to call him immediately. 3 more weeks went by and one morning I did wake up with vision back in the right eye. I called him that Sunday morning and told him as requested. By far Dr. Hatch went above and beyond and I am forever thankful. Be grateful what what you were blessed with.

I would not recommend this eye doctor. Three different doctors misdiagnosed my husband. This causes his condition to become much worse. The eye clinic in Boston correctly diagnosed him.

Our son initially saw Dr Hatch for his first eye exam based on his public schools recommendation. The nurse screened him and was very patient. The first visit went ok. On our second visit Dr Hatch was inflexible and could have attempted other options that were more sensitive to my son's fears and sensory sensitivities. Dr Hatch touched my son's head without asking or even letting him know. He did not treat him respectfully as other doctors have.

My sons, who are developmentally delayed and non-verbal, have been seeing Dr. Hatch since they were very young. Over 20 years now! We are very pleased with his treatment of the boys and how thorough his eye exams can be, despite their difficultys. God Bless Dr. Hatch and his wonderful work.

We love Dr. Hatch and his team. They're very good with children - my young son has had great experiences and felt very comfortable each time during his visits. Dr. Hatch and his team make eye doctor visits fun for kids - not scary. Really appreciate how they run their organization and accommodate their patients needs.

My daughter and I went for a visit to Milford Eye for the same reason. Our dermatologist told us to get our eyes examined for pre-cancerous concerns. My visit was billed through insurance, my daughters visit was not coded the same so insurance is not covering this. I called and was told that my daughters was not a medical examination. I told them pre-cancerous is a medical condition. I have blue cross. This is ridiculous. I was told that this group is not ideal for patient services and has had MANY bad reviews. I have been going to them with my son for 15 years. I guess my family is not going anymore. overall not a great place to go and non-responsive on requests. I would give them a negative start but I cannot I will continue to write up my dissatisfaction on a variety of social media venues until this issue is resolved

I started seeing Dr. Hatch after developing a neurological condition that requires a baseline, in depth exam to allow for future monitoring. Despite the rareness of my syndrome, Dr. Hatch was familiar with it. He did a thorough exam and then spent time explainnng the results and some follow-up testing he recommended and why. He was thorough and very comfortable to talk to and ask questions. Very impressed.

Receptionist Theresa is I compassionate intolerant front desk nazi. If you are late you get sent home. Even if you travelled 1-½ hours in traffic to see doctor because he is very very excellent. But she gets this place 2 stars because she is mean and has no ability to be helpful nor kind nor understanding. if you want great doctor and live nearby this is ok but not if you will get sidetracked by traffic.

Dr. Hatch cares for my whole family's eyes- from the small children through adults. He is awesome! He is thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!
