the doctor and staff are very friendly. The doctor is very caring and worked well me regarding my foot concerns.. All around a great office visit

Doesn't even deserve 1 star but you have to mark something to leave a review. Charging patients for services they have not received. Not being open for scheduled appointments. Not returning calls. What kind. Of office if this.

Dr. John Harness does not know how bad his staff is , they do not return calls even for months at a time, you have to give up on his staff all women and all almost all no good!!! pathetic , they had my senior wife waiting and lying over and over, but im sending him a complaint letter to his house, he will eventually find out.

Really poor service all around. Waited a long time for my appointment, they didn't provide me with much, it was expensive, and mostly their billing department is out of sync.

Service is always good. Atmosphere is good as well.

I went to Dr. Harness a month and a half ago and still have not been able to get my results from lab work and toenail biopsy. I’ve called and left several messages with his staff and nothing. No one ever answers the phone, or returns phone calls. Unprofessional Doctor’s Office, I will be reaching out to my insurance company to let them know of the poor treatment and disputing the bill that was sent to me. Wish I had read the previous review before going here. But glad I didn’t let this man do any further work on me. Thank God!! If it was possible not to leave a star at all I wouldn’t because the service is horrible.

Great doctor and great care for my feet!!

Lets just say I can barely walk on my foot, at night it my foot screams with pain and if not careful when walking on the surgical foot I will lose my balance and fall. Did not have that problem prior to the surgery. Oh, the metatarsil problem is very much still with me. Was told a custom orthotic will take care of the problem. The custom orthotic is $500.00 and only good to wear in tennis shoes. I can't even wear flip flops. What a mess he made of my foot.
