Best dentist hands down I fly from Texas to get work done. I moved from New York I won’t let anyone else touch my teeth. The work he has done has held up flawlessly over the years.

By far one of the most helpful and kind dentists I have ever been to! I was having a major toothache in one of my further back teeth and my current dentist at the time was "too busy" to take me, but when I called Doctor Gordon's office, they were able to get me in right away! I could not recommend this Dentist enough. Thank you so much to the awesome staff for such a new and welcoming experience. Will definitely be back again. Rude cocky guy. Doesn’t even talk to you or seems like he cares about what he’s doing to you and just walks away when he’s done without saying anything. Berated his receptionist in front of me which made me extremely angry and was so unprofessional

Have been a patient of Dr. Gordon for many years and I cannot even fathom any of this negative feedback. We all have an opinion and I don’t judge just can’t see how some are even possible BASED ON MY EXPERIENCED! With that said he is kind, sincere , he is empathetic , so professional yet best bedside manner you could ask for , cares about my needs as his patient and listens to my concerns not what he’s billing he’s not a CROOK!!! Amazing man! He has never one time hurt me and I was PETRIFIED of dentists before finding him! He has fixed what I was told wasn’t possible before I found him .... novocaine... umm yeah NEVER felt the needle any of them! Worste experience ever ! The office looks very nice and staff but the dentist is very rough and not caring at all would t recommend this pleace

Fishy billing system, unprofessional staff. Fiance picked this place routine teeth cleaning and annual check up. Big mistake that ended up me causing couple phone calls to that office on a weekly basis and multiple visits to the office by my fiance. Apparently, during the cleaning doc found few cavities that needed to be fixed. I was told that my fiance needs just basic fillings. Fair enough, my insurance pays for it all and two weeks after the work is done my fiance is in a excruciating pain. Apparently those fillings were not good enough and he needed root canals and crowns. Mistakes happen- my insurance will pay, again. I have the best dental ins out there- Blue Cross/blue shield. Dental office made my fiance wait for several weeks for each post &crown because they were "waiting" on the insurance company. Which is a complete BS since I had 2 crowns done the same month at different dentist with no wait. Anyhow, after multiple calls each week, they finally take care of the issue and my fiance pays out of pocket expense of $1000 on top of what my insurance paid.Fast forward to 5 month later, i receive a bill for additional $376 from the docs office. Office tells me that billing amount as wrong and we should only pay $100. However, they can't explain why I received $376 to begin with, and start mumbling about $1000 out of pocket my fiance paid. What 1K and extra $276 have in common? i have no clue. I reminded them that my insurance was billed twice for doctor's mistake. We paid for his fillings, and 2 weeks later we had to pay for root canal, post & crowns for the same teeth because fillings were not good enough. And I have not complained once about all the run around, extensive wait period, pain that my fiance was in and double billing that maxed out my annual dental spendings. The office had balls to tell me that doctor was using his best judgement ( yeah, when his patient is in pain and his insurance was being billed on the same teeth twice), it's our insurances fall for not responding fast enough, and that they will send me to collections if we won't pay$100. I've been going to Dr. Gordon for years!! He's one of the best! Always makes time for his clients. As always, the staff is amazing!!

Great dentist! Takes his time and really knows what hes doing. Always nice and friendly ive never seen him give me or anyone else in the office any sort of attitude. Not to mention the office is leniant with payments and accept almost all types of insurance. Highly reccomended.

Dr. Gordon is so professional, but, honestly he's so much more then that. No one would take my special needs son, my son only trusts Dr.Gordon. I too sadly have had some past horror stories until I got Dr Gordon. He's amazing, staff is amazing and they work with every situation. Very grateful patients!!

Fishy billing system, unprofessional staff. they have an archaic system so you will be waiting for weeks before they proceed with any treatment. over bill you "by accident", perform fillings and bill you for it that actual need to be root canals and crowns, so you end up paying twice for each tooth. avoid at all costs

I have poor genes and horrible teeth! Dr. Gordon has not only been doing great work, but has also not made fee I am less than human, as many dentists have made me feel in the past! He has been kind and been working with me on costs and my ins... I would highly recommend him. the office is clean and friendly!I have been to over 20 dentists in my life and this is the first i ever felt the need to write a review for Writing bad reviews for the other local dentists,would have taken me far too long! Don't go here!! This guy is terrible. Has a history of breaking teeth and poor workmanship. Breaking his instruments in teeth and rushing to do root canals which he clearly is not qualified for. Not to mention his arrest. Was in pain and he and his staff told me I was being a baby till they realized I had an infection from a broken instrument tip.

Doctor Gordon has to be one of the best dentist I have ever come to meet , after many failed appointments with other dentist who failed to fix my teeth properly he has. Whenever there is an emergency he gets me right in , and always works with me. Himself and his staff are the friendliest of people and really make you feel comfortable.

Very thorough cleanings and quick service, and the office is always willing to work with you to help you schedule and appointment and handle insurance billing issues. I also like the text reminders they send for your appointments!

I love Dr. Gordon and his staff! He's always been there for me including emergency appointments when I fell and knocked my two front teeth out. He fixed them up and they look great. I bring my kids here and they love the staff too!

I have had a cleaning and a cavity filled at Dr. Gordon's office. The cleaning was performed by a dental assistant and was a normal experience but when I returned to have the cavity filled by Dr. Gordon it was the worst dental experience I have ever had. He is the most brutal dentist who has ever handled my teeth, he never spoke to me during the procedure, and also never informed me through the process of anything he was doing. It started with him coming in and stabbing two consecutive needles into my mouth so intensely I cried out. He also had a very intense personal conversation with his assistant the entire time which was completely inappropriate. What made it worse was his work was poor. He did not correct my bite and did not clean up his own work let alone do a good filling. I would never go back to him again and deeply regret choosing his practice in the first place, I went to an old family dentist to have his work corrected. She corrected my bite and filed down all the sharp debris he left around me teeth that made it impossible for me to floss between the treated teeth. I have also had sensitivity in the effected tooth ever since and will end up going back to the dentist to have the filling completely redone. Do not go to this dentist! You will regret it. I have just started coming here. The office staff is very friendly. They are always on time. Dr Gordon has flled five of my teeth and it was quick and painless. I am still going for something else. I have had no problems with him or his staff. It has been a very good experience. Excellent! Dr. Gordon is patient with my son, and he always looks at the patient's side of things; meaning, not doing any unnecessary work, looking for the best alternatives, etc... and not billing for "no work performed", when no work is necessary. He's the man!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon's for over 15 years. Dr. Gordon and his staff is very professional and friendly. The office is clean with plenty of seating in a very warm atmosphere. You never have to wait long for your appointment. They are happy to answer any questions you have. I have had fillings, cleanings, root canals and even extractions and never had any issues that was not resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon & his staff for any of your dental needs!
