John Brent Forward

Dr Forward is an amazing primary care physician. He listens attentively and answers all of my questions. There may be a wait to see him but it’s worth it. When he comes in the room he gives you all the time and attention you need.

Dr Forward is very quick and rushes through his visits. Several times I needed refills and I would go to my pharmacy and they were never there. Especially my blood pressure medication. One time I had to call three times and my pharmacy called twice. My pharmacy even stated that it is ridiculous. His office staff does not communicate with each other. One will tell you he is booked, one will say he’s available and will schedule you an appointment if you are sick and another will say let me see if we can squeeze you in. He has misdiagnosed me saying I had a certain issue when it was something completely different. He has changed since there are less partners in the practice. STAY AWAY

Best doctor I ever had!! Dr. Forward is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Staff are very friendly. He took his time to listen my concern.

Dr. Forward is not the problem in this practice. The staff was off-putting. Linda was extremely rude and acted as if she had no time to help and acted as if I was an annoying pest. Extremely unprofessional. It's hard to go somewhere where you feel as if you're not of importance. Indifferent about the staff. There was no problems with the doctor, just the staff.

My friend saw him 4 yrs, she had a few med. issues and saw a specialist in the office for her Diabetes, concerns left with this Dr WAS NEVER ADDRESSED , he awakened her at odd hours starting out with We have some good new and some not so good news or concerns AT 9:00 or later in the evening ?? Weeks before she was adm. into hosp. He read her test results and started some chant that she should do to stay positive, Had lab work drawn and NEVER CALLED , 2 mo's later she was dead..HORRIBLE MD!!!
