Dr. Flood is an IME doctor for Sedgwick. Any doctor willing to sell their services to an insurance company does not have you or your health in their best interest. Do your research on how doctors like Dr. Flood become IME doctors. Because of Dr. Flood negligence and desire to make a quick buck I have suffered tremendously.

Dr. Flood was prompt and knowledgeable. I felt confident in his analysis. On the paperwork end, it was a bit clunky, but not bad considering there was a sign that asked for patience due to being short staffed.

We have always had professional, experienced information from Dr. Flood; I was very satisfied with his same professional, experienced information today; I recommend him and his team highly in regard to any problems you may be having with your back/spine.

I had heard great things about Dr Flood, but I didn't find him to be very personable at all. I also felt like I had to pull teeth to get his opinion on what I should do next. I was disappointed.

Got right in didn’t have to wait to see anyone. Dr. Flood was very nice, through, and explained everything letting me know what to expect.

Dr. Flood is personable, informative and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and some I didn't know I had.

Very knowledgeable, kind, honest Doctor and friendly staff - nurse and Physician Assistant were both good too. And only a very brief wait time before seeing the doctor.

Firstly, Dr. John Flood is Blessed and Favored Through faith. He installed my Spine stimulator so that I walk with less fear of falll. Three years ago.. Today He performed an ADCF on my Cervical spine. He is concerned about your recovery before and after helping you get some normalcy to life. With excellent prep procedures as well.. Dr. Flood is the best and believe me I have seen many doctor's in my life. I've been treated at the Mayo clinic and doctor Flood cares just as much.

I am always pleased and thankful for Dr. Flood. He is very kind, easy to talk to and easy to understand. It would be helpful if the front desk staff had more knowledge of pre-surgery needs for patients.

Dr Flood did surgery (ACDF) 6 years ago on a couple of discs. Dr Flood did the same surgery on a different disc this past February. There was only one Dr I wanted to do the surgery again. Dr Flood is top notch, personable, listens to you, explains the problem and best way to fix it. Great guy and Dr!!! Thanks Doc

My appointment was with the Nurse Practitioner which was fine because she's great also. Dr Flood saw me 2 weeks sooner than originally scheduled because I was getting concerned about some nerve pain that I was still having 6 weeks post op. He genuinely cares about his patients. He was in no rush to leave without making sure I knew to come back or call if need be before our next scheduled visit. Excellent, His care is 2nd to none. I have almost no scar from the surgery.

Had Acdf surgery. Went well. My problem is that u barely get to talk to Dr. Flood personally. And if u owe a small bill. The wont see you. So that tells me they all about the money and not the patients pain.

Dr Flood and Dr Noud are awesome Orthopedic Surgeons. They are both very patient, good listners and very knowledgable in their field. I have been very pleased with the outcomes of their work .

I would recommend Dr. John Flood and give him 5 stars. He has done several cervical fusions and recently put in a spinal stimulator and has relieved my neck and back pain. He is very caring and knowledgeable in his field and I am so glad that I was lucky enough to have him assigned to my case while I was a patient at McClaren hospital. Dr. Flood and his staff are professional, thorough and caring. I had cervical surgery with an artifical disc replacement and fusion. I truly appreciated that he wanted to exhaust all other options before considering surgery. He answered all my questions and put my husband and I at ease. Terrible. Husband was in terrible pain went for 1st consultation sent for mri, took a month to do because he couldn’t lay down and did phone tag with his nurse. Finally another nurse took over and decide he needed pill first. Yeah! Got mri but never got a call back. Never heard from him again. Nurse is never available. Husband felt he wasn’t good enough for him.

Horrible Dr don't go to! I've had 4 I and D's to remove spinal stimulator and parts and 2 yrs later I'm having parts pushing their way out of my body!

I think dr flood is a very good surgeon he helped me tremendously with my back surgery and he is very polite. I give him 5 star's him n his nurses are awesome.

Dr. Flood performed my sciatic surgery in 2014. In 2018 he performed cervical surgery on my neck. I highly recommend him-he is a professional caring and understanding physician, and is a good man!

Dr Flood and his PA Linda are the best!!! I highly recommend him. I had a spinal cord stimulator implant put in my back and he rocks!! God Bless them both!!

Dr. Flood performed a lumbar laparotomy on me in April of 2018. The surgery was a huge success and relieved me of 10+ constant right leg pain that I had endured for months. After trying conservative methods with no success, Dr Flood discussed my MRI showing me that surgery was truly my only option. He was also honest in sharing with me the possibility that the surgery may not work due to the severe compression of my sciatic nerve which had been quite longstanding. But immediately following surgery, the horrific pain was gone! I can't say enough about the expertise, honesty and excellent care provided by Dr Flood! His Physician Assistant and staff were all professional and caring every step of the way along with the staff and my nurses at the McLaren Hospital's Penn Campus. Dr Flood was in charge of my IME exam. His report left out several crucial details of my condition. And capabilities. Nerve damage in my foot.arthritus in my hands and feet. Large cyst in my shoulder awaiting evasive surgery. And my heart condition. He cleared me to work PT. And I'm not capable. His half report has basically ruined my already messed up life.i have a L5 S1 fusion. Wire cage around my spine. Nerve damage. Drop foot. And total detatched right hip. I've been thru hell . Thanks.

My care was excellent. Dr. Flood and his team took very good care of my medical needs in repairing my back. I would highly recommend seeking Dr. Flood as my Orthopedic doctor.

I saw Dr. Flood around 2010 after a fall that caused tremendous nerve pain. Surgical intervention was discussed but via his suggestion I got spinal injections, stretched & iced to keep working. He said I would know when it was time to do surgery & I did when I could no longer walk more than 15 feet. In 2014 I had a cage put in between L-5 & S-1 with bracing done on either side. Within 3 months I was able to go back to work as a MT with no problems. Only occasional muscular aches now.
