Dr. John R Feeney

Dr. Feeney himself is totally incompetent, it seems, front desk seemingly has no clue. You could possibly die while waiting for them to figure out what they are doing. I had to change Dr.s After 18 yrs at their fantastic office. (because Obamacare)and switched to John Feeney, my mistake. So I developed a Diabetes related issue. Dr. Feeney refered me to a Gastro. The Gastro did not have any records showing severe loss of weight, why? because Dr. John Feeney didn’t request my records from my previous Dr. so the Gastro couldn’t get it handled for over 2 months. I realized when I reached out to my former Dr, that Dr. John Feeney office or himself had none of my previous medical records. When I would reach out to the Dr. I was informed I would need an appointment. This is literally a no longer then 2 min conversation. I know because when they finally had him call he was very disappointed in his front desk, he even encourage me o complain to Jayme. Jaymes ability to hold people accountable for what they are doing incorrectly does not exist. I was getting ready to sue for “patient abandonment”. I have a lot of proof of these things and am still considering sueing. I final visit with this Dr. was for him to read the results of the CT scan that had been done. When I arrived he started to read results from a colonoscopy that I already got the results from the Gastro. When I brought it to his attention he said we didn’t get the CT scan results. He walks out of the office over to some receptionist and she says “Yes we do have the CT results. If you want this kind of poor service! Come here by all means. The cream of the crop.

Dr. Feeney is a great Medical Doctor and more importantly, an avid listener. He is old school. Most of your common ailments, he has experienced himself throughout his lifetime. That is re-assuring when telling him about stress, and anxiety and ailments that he has diagnosed for me, that are so obscure, we actually laughed about it, as we both looked up a rash I had in the medical book.. and the definition fit perfectly with his on the spot diagnosis.. so obscure, only 1% of the population gets it. He has a great sense of humor, he is not in a hurry to get you in and out, and he will actually listen to you.. that is rare for Doctor's nowadays, as it is all about numbers, seeing patients, billing billing and more billing. I have been seeing Dr. Feeney for over 10 years now, and his practice is not even close to where I live.. but it is worth the drive every time..

I have been going to Dr. Feeney my entire life and he is the absolute best doctor in all of Inland Empire. Unfortunately, the staffing at the front desk and in the billing department are some of the most unpleasant people to work with. First, the front desk. After visiting the office and getting a reference to a neurologist I needed to call back to get a reference to a different office. She kept me on hold for 15 minutes (which I understand it happens) and answered as if I was bothering her. I let her know I was seeking an additional reference which she said she would find as soon as she could and she would give me a call back. I also requested to speak with the billing department and she said they would both call me back by the end of the day. This was at 3pm. I never received a call back. This was disappointing because I have had some serious neuro issues lately and need treatment as soon as I can, but the front desk cares more about gossiping than to be of any help. Now for billing... I was notified I had an outstanding balance ONE month ago. The head of billing, Ali, called me and said I had 2 weeks to pay the outstanding balance before being sent to collections. She mentioned she had sent 3 letters throughout the past 6 months... to the wrong address. When asked if I could have an extension for that reason I was told there was nothing that can be done. If you can make it to Dr. Feeney you will be taken care of and leave satisfied. But first, you must get through the nightmare of a front desk... goodluck. Dr. Feeney does well what not many doctors do...communicate, by listening and explaining in as much detail as you need. He doesn't rush, nor make you feel as your issues are not important. He follows up, knows your situation in detail, and never forgets to do what he says he is going to do. He has a wide knowledge base including alternative medicine.

Dr. John Feeney is one of the only drs that will actually take the time and listen to you while helping you get well. He cares about his patience.

This Doctor is above and beyond the BEST!! He is compassionate, thorough, cares to the end. Not to mention he studies every day at 4AM in the morning to keep on the cutting edge. Never in my life have I met a Doctor more patient, knowledgeable and kind anywhere, ever and I am 76. My entire family now goes to Dr. Feeney and I only wish he could outlive my grandchildren as he is that good. A loving, gentle man above being a smart and caring Doctor. I just could not and can not say enough about his abilities, character, level of care both medically and personally. He is a true ASSET to the Atiga Family Medical Practice!! I love Dr Feeney. He is caring, compassionate and spends as much time as you need in the room to explain whatever you need answered. He is very knowledgeable and he is usually right with all his diagnosis

Dr. Feeney is now with “Atiga Family Medical Practice.” It s a truly a great office, and Dr. Feeney is a very wonderful addition!

Best dr! Had him for 15 years, caring listens tio u. Very smart man.had to leave him cause of ins changes to kaiser. Hate that kaiser. Need dr feeney back

Dr. John Feeney has been my General Physician for many years, taking over for Dr. Boggeln, whom became my doctor in 1996. Dr. Feeney is very kind, considerate and listens to any complaints you may have as a patient. He is thorough, intelligent with his decision making and takes the time to talk with his patients. I know he does with me. If he doesn't have an answer, he will often err on the side of caution and will send you to an expert in the subject matter of your ailment. I have been very happy with him, for more than 15 years, since taking over for Boggeln. Dr. Feeney gave me the wrong results of my breast biopsy, told me that it was benign despite the fact that my results actually showed that I have invasive type of breast cancer.
