Was scared of having work done because it was on my head. I must say that I would recommend anyone to go to Novant plastic surgery. Dr. John Fagg did an awesome job.

I've had 2 surgeries for skin cancer & Dr Fagg & his nurse are in my opinion by far the BEST!!! Not only are his surgical skills phenomenal but they treat you like they've known you forever....I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone...

Each time we have been to FPS for surgery needs we have been very pleased. Dr. Fagg and the entire staff is a pleasure to work with.

Dr.John A. Fagg was an amazing experience. Very professional and curiosity I'm definitely booking with him again.

I was very happy with the procedure/Dr. Fagg but very disappointed my follow up appointment to remove my stitches was cancelled then rescheduled 9 days later. Not sure the bandages will stay on my face.

Listened to my concerns, and was very friendly. Did a wonderful job on my juvederm.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr.Fagg and his WONDERFUL NURSE Effie… They have made my experience very wonderful and pleasant. Explaining every little detail and they go above and beyond… My procedure was medically necessary. But if I ever wanted to have anything fixed as I age… I will most definitely 100% will return Forsyth Plastics…

Great experience Very friendly staff all around

Dr. Fagg and his entire team were excellent. Knowledgeable and caring, a dynamic combination for patients. Thorough in teaching and follow up. Very well pleased.

Dr. Fagg and his nurse Effie were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was so nervous walking into my first consultation for my breast reduction thinking that I was going to be dismissed and told to try to lose more weight before having surgery. But from the moment I get into the exam room Effie put me at ease. She took some pictures and gathered my history and Dr. Fagg performed his evaluation. They then sent the info to the insurance company and by the end of the week my surgery was covered by insurance and I was scheduling surgery! I never had to speak to the insurance company even once myself! The actual surgery went great. Recovery was a little tougher than I anticipated with some minor complications that extended my healing time a bit. However, Dr. Fagg, Effie, and the entire team of Drs and nurses were there for me every step of the way. I especially loved that Dr. Fagg consulted with his partners so that I had several opinions on my care plan. Between after hours calls, squeezing me in for a visit because I was unsure of what was going on with my incisions…they accommodated me on all levels and never once were they dismissive or made me feel like I was being dramatic. They are true professional practitioners of medicine, and I wish all Dr.s listened to and cared for their patients they way the physicians do at Forsyth Plastic Surgery. And as for my results, let’s just say I would do it all over again in a heartbeat even with the complications. I love the way my breast look and I have never felt more free and capable! I was very pleased.

Very skilled surgeon and remarkable personality. His assistant is amazing.

Always professional, protecting patients privacy and modesty. Staff make sure your questions are answered and you feel comfortable and satisfied with your results.

Dr. Fagg and Effie made me feel special from beginning to end. They listened to all my concerns and reassured me with everything. Also, when I had an unexpected problem I was seen with expediency and compassion by the on call doctor. Overall, excellent experience.

After periodically coming here with my wife for a number of visits and taking our money and insurance we were told they would'nt perform the surgery. They knew she was high risk from the beginning, they just dragged this out to passed the date of approval of insurance. Next they advised us to another doctor at some school. These extended visits they should of denied us from the beginning, rather than build us my wife's hopes and then dropping the bomb. We are very disappointed in Forsyth Plastic Surgery on the way they handled our case. this practice has been extremely comfortable ! From the very beginning was so scared. Dr Fagg went way out of his way to make sure i got the exact treatment i needed for my breast surgery. Not only did he spend time to research what implant i needed, we spoke to his partners also to make sure they agreed with his plan of care Dr Fagg is very compassionit and it shows at his bedside manner.

I could not be more thrilled with the results of my laser tattoo removal with Gina! It may not seem like a big deal, but to me, getting rid of some old tattoos that I stupidly got in my early 20's is life changing! I can't even begin to explain the effect it has had on my self esteem! Everyone is so nice and patient and understanding. I am so happy that I found Forsyth Plastic Surgery!

After two children I wasn't feeling and looking my best. Thanks to Dr. Fagg, I feel better than before.
