Dr Erdman is a quack. He did nothing to help me. I asked him what was wrong with my ears and he literally sat there and stared at me without replying until I finally just left. Waste of time and money.

I have seen Dr. Erdman twice and will not see him again. Took awhile to get in and then my wait time was about an hour both times and he doesn't have the best bedside manner. The second time he misdiagnosed what was wrong with me. I had to start all over and get in with a new ENT. Thank Goodness I did. But I would never go back to Dr. Erdman again! His office staff was friendly. I have seen Dr. Erdman twice and will not see him again. Today was my first visit the staff was friendly and professional and the Dr gave a through exam and gave me helpful information. The wait was minimal and if I need help again I will definitely return
I took my 13 year old to see Dr Erdman.The office was old and out dated, which isn't a big deal but it was scary for my child.Dr Erdman came in and checked her throat with no gloves, prior to washing his hands.The then used interments/mirror to look at her throat.She told him it was hot, he said no it isn't and touched her neck and she said it burned.He wouldn't tell her what he was going to do when he picked up a new instrument.in the end he said tonsils normal, blisters normal.incline her bed.
