Dr. John E. Duplantier

As suggested by Dr. Duplantier, I took the Allergy shots for 5 years at great expense which did help not in any way my allergy or asthma problems. Dr. Duplantier does not in any way lack knowledge but he is difficult to speak to, never makes eye contact and he at times he has come across to as an arrogant and uncaring doctor to me several times to me. For a number of years Dr. Duplantier prescribed me annually time again various allergy and asthma prescription drugs and he never mentioned to me that he had multiple discount coupons available in his office to give his patients for products like Symbicort and Dymista which were given to him to give his patients that would have saved me thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses but as the uncaring and disconnected to his patient doctor he just let me as his patient pay full price without evening mentioning the coupons which would have helped my entire family who are not wealthy like Dr. Duplantier. Fortunately after several years under Dr. Duplantier direct care, I was not given office appointments any longer with Dr. Duplantier and I was then assigned in his office to Dr. Rory who always talked to me respectfully and as a caring professional she listened to my health care issues while making eye contact with me which is something Dr. Duplantier never does and Dr. Rory has from day one given me discount coupons for my prescriptions and she also given me samples which financially helped myself and my three children which was something that Dr. Duplantier never mentioned or ever offered to me as his patient. All of Dr. Duplantier receptionist are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In ten years I have only reached out to Dr. Duplantier three times for his help and the first time he left me a rude message on my voice mail telling me not to call him on weekends unless it was an emergency. In that weekend that I BOTHERED Dr. Duplantier I had several asthma related problems and I never called his number again until the last two weeks. I recently called Dr. Duplantier's office twice with a request for him to provide me with some written documentation for my supervisors of Public Service Job that I do not get paid any money to perform so that I could be assigned to a section of that job that would not endanger my health but at the same time still allow me be a public servant which Dr. Duplantier did not bother to even call me back. I recently called Dr. Duplantier's nurse line and a left a message requesting Dr. Duplantier's help for some written document for my public servant job that I have not been paid one penny for in over 7 years. A woman from Dr. Duplantier's nurses telephone extension returned my call and simply put she could not have more rude to me than she was in our conversation because she my informed me that my allergy records showed that I had moderate allergies and not severe allergy issues which was inaccurate and insulting because trust me I would have never went to Dr. Duplantier's office if my allergy or asthma symptoms were manageable. Since coming to Dr. Duplantier I have recently had the COVID Virus and Stage 4 Oral Cancer which is in remission which regrettably have made me even more vulnerable to multiple allergy and asthmatic problems than I had ever been before which is partly due to my low white blood cell counts which has caused me to have many more asthmatic and health issues than before I had cancer in 2016. My cancer records are in Dr. Duplantier's file that he has for me as his patient. Dr. Duplantier's nurse who is his employee should never make statements down playing a patient’s health concerns but I would like the rude nurse and Dr. Duplantier to know as a stage 4 cancer survivor I did not take a feeding tube even though my throat was burnt inside and outside of my throat but suffered beyond their imagination just to survive the cancer treatments and I would have not bothered asking for their help if it was not necessary.
