I got my first pair of glasses here had absolutely no problems. I fell asleep with them on. I really messed my glasses up walked in and within 5 minutes they where fixed with no charge so for all you debbie downers talking about staff being rude oh well every one can have a bad day

Dr. Mutlakan is the absolute worst…I tried to ignore the things I read about him, but his office is dirty (during the height of Covid), he has no staff other than the woman who calls people back, he is extremely unprofessional and callous. He has not produced any reports, nor sent them to the doctors who recommended him and I have called multiple times to get copies of the paperwork with no results. Very rude staff, the doctor swore at me over the phone when I questioned a bill I received. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Unwelcoming, very rude front desk. 2 stars because the optometrist was somewhat helpful. Had to call them twice because they said they would get back to me and I waited about 2+ months and received no phone call. Talked to front desk receptionist and after I decided I did not want to pay over $150 for plain lens glasses, she ended the phone call with "ok" and hung up.
