Great staff great doctor very respectful, very nice, and listened to what our concerns were, went over options and discussed a plan of action, got us an appointment quickly

He cares enough about your health to explain what's wrong and how to fix it.

Dr. Czerwein did my lower back surgery a few years back and has been my primary specialist for my back since. He's highly intelligent and works with you to manage your recovery in the way you the patient feel most comfortable doing. Office staff is also very nice and accommodating.

Dr Czerwein is an excellent Dr. He has always treated me with the best care possible. I highly recommend him!

Left work for 7 am appt was back to work 15 minutes later

I was apprehensive at first receiving an injection. Dr.C told me what to expect I was surprisingly pleased with the procedures outcome nervous for nothing.just had it done time will tell if this elevates some if not all the pain.

Been with Dr.Czerwein for over 3 years with my Spinal issues from scoliosis, arthritis, disc disease, etc. Recently had rods, screws, and spacers, inserted/implanted in or along my spine. This procedure relieved much of the pain in my legs and some pain in my lower back. Due to the deterioration and severity of my abnormal spine, I'm aware with my time with Dr.Czerwein that being 100% pain free is not likely the case. He is on top of the most modern procedures and technics that will help with the pain, and make it as tolerable, and as comfortable as possible. Just discussed a new procedure that may be positive for my situation, and potentially reduce the need for pain medication or injections. Unfortunately I will have spinal issues for the rest of my life, and I am very comfortable, and thankful for Dr.Czerwein. I've seen Dr. Czerwein for severely degenerative discs. My back pain wasn't the issue, but severe foot neuropathy was. He may have been quick in the visit, but I had made sure I provided the images and or radiology reports well in advance of my visit. You HAVE to be involved in your own medical care. He knew exactly why I was there and what I needed. We started with cortison shots in my spine, and after they didn't offer much relief, we went to surgery. I got an 80% improvement in my right foot and waited to see if my left foot had the same response. It didn't and I went the medication route until I couldn't get sufficient relief any more. I again saw the doctor and we are now going in to decompress an adjacent disc. I have no misgivings about the previous surgery, and I have no concerns about the upcoming surgery. His attitude is always great and his time with me in the office has been well spent.

Very straightforward honest with a great bedside Mana I trust him impeccably

Dr. Czerwein has listened to my concerns and has helped balance out different options for me. He does look at everything and will sit and explain what the best options . The entire staff are very pleasant.

I was very disappointed, the whole visit may have been 5 minutes. I attended with my mother to help assist her, very HOH. We waited to long for appt, number 1, then waited again when placed in room only to have 5 min with an expert, we were there to find out very important information whether her condition required surgery. It appeared to me, I'm the daughter, that he did not even read report from neurologist we were sent to, he suggested an MRI. So he looked quickly at MRI and said not that bad, nothing wrong, no explanation, no going over MRI showing us what it would look like to come up with his opinion which was different from neurologist report. I had other questions, he had already left room, didn't say whether to leave, if he was coming back, it was substandard care at best. Terrible. He never suggested anything, I suggested would PT help, well maybe, that's when he left, we thought he was setting it up, too fast, he didn't give us enough time to understand, ask questions. What options, how to proceed with her condition, he is an expert, he is supposed to help, suggest, order things. He didn't explain anything, what it was, what it could be, poor service, I do not wish to take my mother back to that Ortho place again, that isn't the first Dr that treated my mother in 2 minutes. Never call back with results, not take necessary cxr and just treat when you don't even know what your treating. We were there too long, my mother was so tired, weak, couldn't walk, wasted visit, and God knows what he got paid. Í would think it's at least 15 min intervals to see patients. After yrs of treating patients the quality time goes down, the care, compassion, they lose everything that they were taught in school. When a patient leaves they should be well informed of what it is they have, what tests are necessary, everything should be explained so they understand. great, great surgeon for the back and neck. He is too quick during the interviews. But boy does he know his stuff. He had the best training. And he is a brilliant surgeon.

My husband’s knee surgeon Dr. Yakavonis was fantastic: caring, competent and brilliant. Unfortunately , certain members of the office staff are problematic. One was rude and incompetent, so be prepared to work around this. I do not know the other Surgeons and can not vouch for their work.

Went to him August 21, 2019. I could hardly walk and he recommended cortisone shots. I’m a new person! Thanks ever so much. Did not wait that long maybe 5 minutes. Liked him very much.

Doc seemed to be in a rush..dint take time to know the thorough history..Frustrated!!What a waste of time and money!!

Had surgery with this Doctor and currently treating me and i have to say that i feel better than before, awesome Doctor! I would recommend him to anyone who needs back surgery ???? came out walking from the hospital, now that's a Doctor. Thank you.

I have never had any problems with the waiting time I expect the wait for good doctors. Just remember you call another Doctor's office no one in line an appointment the next day empty waiting room I would think twice. Learn to wait and be patient for the best.

Did not take the time to find the problem. He was in a hurry and my visit was a complete waste of time. Ordered no tests and just didn’t care. I’ll never go back there.

Very disappointed with office visit . I felt like he didn't care! Just another person with back pain ,physical therapy , cortisone shot blah blah .should have taking the time to discuss all options and acted like he cares.

Dr. Czerwein is a great Dr. He was very thorough and personable the whole process was clean cut and I feel 100% better . If I havent said thank you 100 times then I haven't said it enough thank you so much Dr. Czerwein !!!
