My 21month old son fell and hit his mouth at daycare on a wooden play set, I didn’t know what to do as he was covered in blood and teeth were pushed back into his gums. As I started to head to Urgent Care, my mother called me and told me to go straight to Jungle Roots. I walked into Jungle Roots and not only did they see us right away without an appointment but they helped me filled out the paperwork since I was shaking, kept checking up on my son and I and worked with us with the finances/insurance. My son was seen immediately by Dr. Culp. He was beyond anything I could have wanted to help my son. He explained everything in detail and was able to calm us all down. I cannot praise everyone at Jungle Roots and thank them enough for what they have done for my family.

I work for a great dentist, and I still bring my son here it is geared to the kids to have a fun relaxing visit. The staff is so friendley and Dr.Culp always takes the time to talk to me about my sons concerns. My son will continue to come here until he is too old! My daughter experienced 3 other dentists before we found Dr. Culp and Jungle Roots Children's Dentistry. After several uncomfortable experiences, Dr. Culp's team made her so comfortable and happy she now loves going to the dentist. The open environment coupled with a preventative, knowledge based approach has improved her dental health: we have better habits and results now. Thank you, Jungle Roots!

I brought all 3 kids of mine into Jungle Roots and each child was given a lot of attention for their specific needs. The dental hygienist was experienced & excellent. The dentist was very thorough & great at answering all my questions and giving me tips to help my children understand the importance of dental care.

Dr Culp knows my kids names and genuinely seems interested in what they are doing and how they are doing. The staff made a phone call to confirm my insurance for me on the spot. Love Jungle Roots for making the dentist a great experience and not a scary one!

Both of my sons had appointments for sealants today. The service was great! Dr. Culp was very professional and was great answering questions. He made sure not only the boys were comfortable but also made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend his office. I'm just going to be sad when my kids are too big to come to his practice. We have always received the highest quality service from Dr. Culp and his staff. We have had 4 children go to Jungle Roots from toddlerhood with 100% satisfaction. Our children have never had any anxiety over going to the dentist or for any procedure. Dr. Culp is very efficient, explains exactly what is happening, what will happen and answers all questions thoroughly. We have referred Dr Culp to many families over the years as well.

My daughter recently went to Jungle Roots to have her 12 year molars sealed. This is a busy office, but they are so efficient and always take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. I would definitely recommend Jungle Roots!

I brought my daughter in this morning, without a prior appt., for her to get some x-rays, as she just got her braces off today. We waited about 10 or 15 min. and they got her right in. No problems. We have used Jungle Roots and Dr. Culp for about 17 years, for our two kids, and have loved it!! Crista T. and LeRoy C.

We were in Jungle Roots today so my daughter could have two baby teeth extracted. My kids have no fear going to the dentist even if it's to get teeth pulled which is one of the most terrifying experiences there is. Our 5 year old needed to have her tooth pulled. The dentist reviewed the options and the staff made her feel comfortable. With great care the tooth was removed and they had her stay for awhile to make sure every thing was ok. The even gave her an extra token for a toy to keep her mind off of things. Great office for kids. Would not go anywhere else in Phoenix.

We've been a part of the Jungle Roots family since 1998 and all of my children have enjoyed their visits and cleanings. The staff and atmosphere are very inviting and friendly. We made an appointment for March in Gilbert, but really wanted an earlier visit in the Ahwatukee office. Within an hour the office called asking us if we could make an appointment that opened up due to a cancellation. So impressed with that phone call and accommodating our needs for a closer, earlier appointment. Great job Jungle Roots!! Yes, of course we recommend to others :)

All three of my kids have been going to the Jungle for their dental care for years. It's been great! Dr. Culp is amazingly educated and knowledgable about children's dentistry. He is also very friendly and has a skilled rapore with my kids. He always pauses in his busy day to greet us and depart with a hand shake and a smile. I have always had an opportunity to ask questions. He gives sound dental advice and understands the habits of children and how to maximize their compliance with their dental hygiene. His staff are also very friendly and helpful. I enjoy going there, and so do my kids. Have a visit to the Jungle!

After several years of visits we continue to be impressed with the pleasant, efficient and friendly staff. My kids got in right on time. Exams/cleaning were quick but thorough. Doctor spent time talking with us afterward, answering any questions we had.

The staff at Jungle Roots is amazing. I called at 8am on a Friday about my daughter's discolored gum. They said They were super busy with appointments but happily squeezed us in. Even though you could tell Dr. Culp was busy and it turned out to be nothing, he didn't make us feel rushed at all. He still took time with my daughter and made both of us feel comfortable. This is not the first time he has had to squeeze one of my children in and I appreciate knowing they are there for us.

My daughter is 15 and we have been going to Jungle Roots since she was a toddler. The last time we went, the panoramic X-ray machine was not working, which has never happened before. Anyhow, they got us in quickly with another appointment and Dr. Culp looked at the xrays, diagnosed her, and referred us to an Oral Surgeon for extraction...all within a 1/2 hour! Thanks for making it so easy.

The entire staff is friendly and very helpful, I always have a positive experience. The staff is also very helpful and conscientious of the time, if during school hours or I let them know of another appointment. It is a great office and team.

Excellent children's dental practice! I highly recommend Jungle Roots. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Dr. Culp was wonderful with my girls who are 3.5 and 1.5 years old. The facility is beautiful with tons of kid friendly activities and is extremely clean.

Both Dr and hygienist prioritized my son's care, needs, feelings, and experience. They explained in the process in terms a child can understand and were honest, not misleading. By connecting with him they got him to cooperate. I also appreciate the Dr does not believe in holding him down to "cooperate". Definitely recommend, five stars.

This practice is phenomenal-- it is the utmost epitome of what every dental practice should be as it pertains to children! I had a great dentist as a child, but Dr. Culp and his staff went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations for our children! The flawless San Tan facility staff, design, and ambience immediately dispels the anxieties young children usually associate with a visit to the dentist! We hope to have long-term care for our children's dental needs provided by Dr. Culp at Jungle Roots! Couldn't think of a better person and place for supreme dental care, bar none!!!

The kids feel comfortable going to this office. They like the surroundings, games and getting a token to pick a prize. We have been clients for several years and have always had a great experience up until today. We waited much longer than usual to get in for our appointment, however, I'm sure that was due to it being Fall break and very busy at the time we were in there. Once in, I observed one of the women that was helping with my son's sealants go to another hygienist (that was helping someone else) and ask her about how to apply the sealants. The sealants took much longer than they should have. My son said the two women providing the treatment had to ask more than once how to do the treatment correctly.
