De Craddick is great dr ! Inteigrity hard work

Excellent physician. In addition to that, one of the best features about his office was when I needed a cat scan of my sinuses he has a machine there to take it. Barry King, M.D.

Dr. Craddock was very personable and super apologetic for our wait as he had to attend to a post op. emergency with another patient. Would def. recommend him for ENT needs!

I didn’t wait long. Dr Craddock was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Love this place and Dr Craddick. They got me in last minute and Dr Craddick is always super friendly and quick. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Craddock is AMAZING! Very personable and nice! Specialists offices can be a bit intimidating at times, but the staff and Dr made me feel so comfortable. He listened to all my concerns and was very thorough with explaining things. He took the time to explore reasonings as to why certain things were happening and I can’t express how important that made me feel. Check in was a breeze and wait time very minimal. Front office staff was nice and accommodating. I may have waited 5 min to be called back. After vitals, Dr. Craddock was in to see me with a bright and positive attitude!! Dr. Craddock is extremely personable and instantly likable. He really showed compassion and concern during my visit and will be my go to guy for anything ENT related. He told me that my ears were in good shape and that I needed no further follow up unless I had any other issues. Thanks, doc!

Great medical support by nursing staff as well as Dr. Craddock. Only hitch was that I waited >1 hour in one of the small rooms to see him. No one contacted me to update doctor delay.

Zero star rating were it available. Even before Craddock engineered the ill-advised sellout to money grubbing Texas ENTs he was his undeniably self-absorbed, money driven self. In the early 2000s I saw him when the finest doc at Rosewood, David Roark, was booked. After ignoring my sinus pain, Craddock told me to see the surgery coordinator across the hall but failed to explain the painful nasal surgery he had planned. Guess he had his eye on a new Benz.

Daughter was given unnecessary and excessive testing. This resulted in a extremely high unexpected bill . In addition he quickly recommended a unwarranted surgery. Dr. Craddock remembers his patients. Very professional and great bed side manner.

Dr. Craddock is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. He is one of a kind and I highly recommend him.

Simply the most knowledgeable ENT expert in the city of Houston. His wide range of knowledge and quick to action ability saved me from being in extreme pain, having a high fever, and experiencing discomfort. Simply put, he’s the absolute best out there!

Great staff, great work. Doctors offices make me nervous but Texas ENT is great and Dr Craddock's professionalism & great sense of humor is one of a kind. For anyone without any medical knowledge he's great at explaining a diagnosis in lamems terms.

I had an early appointment at 8:45AM It took his staff until 4:00 PM to send my prescriptions to two pharmacies! I went three times checking on the status and even waited while Walgreens listened to voice mails! I tried to call his office but of course a human does not answer! I’m really disappointed with my visit today at Texas ENT Katy freeway. I went to visit the Dr Craddock in regards to a issue with my voice. I talked to him what happened and I asked him for a solution. He medicated my nose which I didn’t ask for and I wasn’t there for it!. After the visit, the front desk gave me a card and asked me to make an appointment with another doctor. The office charged me $570 for something I wasn’t there for. Dr. Craddock is an outstanding doctor. I like that he really takes his time to talk to you. Never seems to be in a rush to get to the next doctor. I always feel like he genuinely cares about his patients.

Despite having a few complications after my tonsil surgery, Dr. Craddock was wonderful and really made himself available to me throughout the entire process. He is a great surgeon, and truly cares about his patients.
